Please, seriously, no judgments. THIS IS NOT A DEBATE THREAD!

- I think The Body and Passion are far sadder than the last few minutes of The Gift.

- Kennedy? Not that bad. Kennedy/Willow? Again, not that bad. Most people brand her as bratty and pushy, I didn't see that at all. Kennedy/Willow was no Willow/Tara, no relationship Willow is ever in could even come close to matching it, but the relationship wasn't horrible. I think most of the hate for Kennedy is unfounded.

- I understand Wesley for his actions in season 3 of Angel when he took Connor away. I don't blame him, I blame Holtz for being a ruthless psychopath, and the demon. (Whose name I can't spell lol.)

- Fred annoyed the HELL out of me for a good bulk of season 4. She whined. A lot. I understand for that episode Supersymmetry, but the rest of it, I can't make excuses for. Most of that season I couldn't wait until she got off the screen so I could see someone else. Oh, and she dissed Lilah when she was trying to help, don't diss mah girl, Fred!

I probably have more that I cannot think of at the moment, I will post them as they come. Have fun, people! I look forward to reading 🙂

I got to admit too that The Body and Passion are much sadder than The Gift. Maybe because Buffy sacrificed herself in a heroic way, and Jenny was killed + Joyce died of her disease? Idk.. But I really cried when I saw Spike crying in The Gift.

Well I haven't seen the whole show (started season 4 and Angel season 1), but I think Jenny Calenders death was the saddest moment so far, even sadder than Angel "dying"

Unpopular opinions thread, yay!

-I love season seven. I love the Spuffy, I love the plot, I even love the Potentials. Well, okay... not Rona. But for me, season seven = ♥

-I hate Xander. He was all right in the first couple of seasons, but I really cannot stand the character in seasons 5-7.

-I like Willow better with Oz.

-I hate it when seasons 1-3 are described as 'the golden years' of BtVS.

I am not crazy about Spike, Rest In Peace is the worst song in OMWF

I really like Nina and Angel together

I love season 7

I like Dawn

I really enjoy Season 1 and would list Prophecy Girl in my top 10 episodes.
I didn't actually think Adam as the big bad was that bad but I know he could have been better.
Restless is quite an overrated episode for me, I dont hate it but not as big a fan of it as some people I know.

Yay for unpopular opinions lol!

- I HATE Fred, probably more then any other character in both series combined. I also Like Frunn but hate Fresley.

- I ship Faith and Willow almost as much as any Canon couple I ship. I think they could have been realy good together.

- I hate Wesley for his actions at the end of season 3.

- I like Riley. I don't hate him and Buffy as a couple. I thought Riley was sweet and I like them more then Buffy/Angel.

- I love season 1 of Angel I don't think its as boring as everyone says it is.

- I hate season 5 of Angel. I think that season is incredibly boring.

- I find season 2 of Buffy so boring I rarely rewatch it. Its my least favorite season of Buffy.

- I just found out this is an unpopular opinion when I came on BB lol but I LOVE Beer Bad. I've seen it so many times lol.

-Oh and I don't hate Connor. I like Connor. I like him way more then I like Dawn. But I don't hate Dawn either.

I completely agree with you. By the end of the show, I really wanted him to die. Like really. The show would have been better without him at that point

For me:
-I hate Kennedy with Willow, but I really love watching that scene in Touched!
-I also agree that there are other episodes sadder than the gift. I knew at the back of my head, Joss wouldn't let it end that way. So I wasn't that hurt by it.
-I prefer Wesley on BtVS. I could not stand him in AtS.
-I thought Lilah was ugly in the first season of AtS
-Hated Riley. Love to look at his abs. AND I'M GAY!

This is the one that is going to confuse a lot of people, I've already been told i'm crazy for this:
-Jenny and Tara, for me, tie as the number one spot of my "sexiest female Btvs characters" list

- I'm Spuffy but I think that Buffy's relationship with Angel was quite cute.

- I think the end of the series is disappointing

- I have a very hard time watching season 7 (because I know how it ends)

- I think Riley was a great boyfriend

- I quite liked Buffy/Riley
- I don't think Spike should have been brought back after Angel's In the Dark
- I didn't like most of season 7
- I thought that Buffy's putting Faith in a coma and almost killing her should at least been talked about afterwards, but it seemed that as it was Faith nobody cared what Buffy did.
- I think that Anya knowledge and history had been completely overlooked, she could have been used for more than comic relief.

- Joss Whedon is a one trick pony who has basically been rehashing his themes with ever decreasing success since 2001. Betrayal, "shocking" twists and "happy couples suck" in particular.

- Spike should never have returned to Sunnydale after Becoming. Ditto for Angel.

- Faith should have died in Graduation Day I.

- Willow becoming so powerful was a terrible idea.

- The idea that the latter season of BtVS are all that "mature" is laughable.

- The change of focus from friendships to romantic relationships caused much of the problems that dogged the latter seasons of BtVS.

- Dead Man’s Party is brilliant. And so is I Robot, You Jane. And Some Assembly Required. And Killed By Death.

I loved these threads 🙂 So glad it's back! I've probably said a few of these when we had the old threads, but I don't remember so:

Buffy was at her best in S7.

I hate the dark!Angel storyline in ANGEL S2.

I dislike Gunn's character in ANGEL S5.

I think ANGEL S5 is great, even without Cordelia being there.

I love The Girl in Question.

I think Dead Things is the worst episode of the entire Buffyverse.

I like I Robot, You Jane.

I love Superstar. It's such an entertaining episode and Jonathon is awesome.

I could go on and on.... lol

- I think Angel and Co were fairly stupid for their actions at the end of season 4 with killing Jasmine. Sure, she was eating a couple dozen souls a day...But what is that compared to billions living in peace? No more war, poverty, etc? World peace needs sacrifices, afterall,

- Charisma Carpenter...Pretty, but way overrated in looks.

- I think anytime in the series that Buffy was told off, she definitely deserved it. I love Buffy, but she definitely got on a high horse several times and needed to be brought down.

- I wanted Lilah and Wesley to go on and admit to one another that they loved each other and have beautiful Weslah babies! 😛

- It annoyed me that we didn't see Wesley trying to find some clause to Lilah's contract in season 5, and he just seemed to forget all about her and go off to Fred, especially when he was adamant about saving her at the end of season 4.

- I thought the Jenny into Janna plot of season 2 of BtVS was really shoddily done. It seemed like it was just pulled out of Joss' behind.

- I don't like Jenny. She had this bad vibe..

- I loved Spike more when he was bad and wanted to kill Buffy.

- I actually enjoy 'Go Fish'.

So they should've glossed over Fred's death as well? Cordelia/Charisma shouldn't have been (mis)treated the way she was, but why should they mess up another storyline just to even things out?

- I wasn't sad when Jenny died. I liked her and Giles together but other than their relationship I didn't like her. I was glad to see her gone.

-I liked Riley.

-I dislike Fresley.

- I liked Season 5 of Angel. (I was sad to see Cordy go, but loved to see Spike)

- I wish Dawn went back to being a key somewhere else instead of being Buffy's sister.

- There seems to be an awful lot of Spuffy's here on BB so I'd say my LOVE for Bangel might be unpopular here.

-I don't think the later seasons of Buffy were more mature.
