I find both Xander and Giles far more attractive than Angel and Spike. In fact, I saw Spike for the first time after reading a lot of Xander/Spike fics in which they described him as a sex god walking on legs, and my reaction was "That guy is hotter than Xander? He's so average." He does grow on me over the years, but I still think he's average.

I love S8. I think it's way better than S7.

The best thing about S7 is the Spuffy story, but everything else is really bad. And the way the writers treated the other characters -that weren't Buffy and Spike- was too unfair and disrespectful.

I don't like The Body. I know, I know, I'm an insensitive wench.

Oh, and I don't like season 8, but that's probably not such an uncommon opinion.

I agree. It is totally overrated.

Why don't you like The Body?!

Why don't you like The Body?!

I'm just indifferent to it. It doesn't evoke any emotion in me. Probably because I already knew Joyce was going to die before I watched the episode. Also, I've never liked Joyce all that much. Maybe in my current rewatch I'll feel differently.

Was it ever revealed where exactly in Africa that cave was that Spike went to? Like in the original script or something?

Of course, you should always at least try Walmart first. They have everything these days.

Ahh okay.😀 Yeah, sometimes already knowing something is going happen kind of takes the emotions out of it. It doesn't leave you surprised or shocked or anything.

The way I feel about The Body is the way I feel about issue 39. I feel/felt bad for Buffy because she lost a parent (or parental figure). But I didn't feel bad about either character death.

That's only because you hate Joyce with a passion! :p
I think SMG was a better actress when she was Faith trapped in her, or Buffy-Bot. Regular Buffy is just plain boring.

FaithBuffy was fun😀

I have a lot but cant remember all of them...

-Thinks Dark Willow should've stayed a bit longer
-Spike should've had an epic battle with Buffy right before he went crazy with his soul.(Didn't like the whole Buffy using him thing...)

-When Spike 'dies' in the end of Season 7 and Buffy tells him she loves him...i think they should've exchanged a few more words...have Spike tell her off nasty😀

-Could've done without Oz coming back in Angel.
-Wish Tara came back:C
-Dont like Kennedy pushing all up on Willow...thought it was kinda too soon.

-Conor I hate
-Doyle i didn't like too much:/
-Darla is frecken amazing and so is Dru...wished they stayed longer<3
-Riley bleeeeh!

-Anya dying was like a last min thing and i hate it:C

I think Spike was awesome in season 2 and I completely loved his character. By season 5, I thought he was a joke and I still can't see the characters as the same person.

Agreed about Spike. In the later seasons he was a joke and his attempted rape makes me HATE his character.
One of my favorite scenes ever is not dramatic, romantic, epic, sad or anything of the sort... It's when Spike does his speech to Willow and Xander at the end of 'Doomed', about killing vampires for Christmas and the safety of puppies! Hahahaha, I always laugh my ass off when I re-watch that ep. 😀

Love it too :D
My favorite scene out of the 5 years of Angel, was Faith fighting him in the rain and begging him to kill her...

how she was screaming "i'm evil!" over and over again, bashing her fists against his chest while he just held her... fantastic scene 😀

Confession: As a whole I like Angel as a show more than Buffy (at least a lot more than Buffy's final four seasons). I just think it's more enjoyable as there is only one plotline throughout the entire series that I don't like (and no, it's not Connor/Cordy ;P). Season four is probably my favorite in many ways, as operatic as it is.

However, I do re-watch Buffy a lot more because that one plotline I dislike on Angel, I dislike so much that it sullies any re-watching I try to do 🙂

ok so now i'm curious...what plotline is it you don not like?

Nikita
What's the plotline? :D
I wouldn't have minded if they made Willow straight again. She did say that she fell for just ONE girl, and she was actually truly straight in seasons 1-3

I'm really not upset about what happened in the comics.

I wish Spike would die or just disappear, I'm totally sick of him now.

I don't think Angel has bad hair 😉 why do people keep picking on it??

I don't see anything wrong with Angel's hair...I like it :)
I think Buffy's hairdresser between season 2 and 3, when she ran away, must be shot.

My father thinks, and I agree, that the monsters on Buffy look like children shows monsters, as my father said, "Ninja Turtles kind of effects".
