Definitely Buffy.
I found it much better and more interesting in most (if not all) aspects.

I love BTVS, I watched every single episode except the 2nd season coz I dont have copy of it but Im trying to find or download it.
bout the Angel episode I only watched few of it the 1st season then I jump to the last season which Spike arrived... Kinda bored though its interesting but somewhat I feel bored without Scooby gang.

I've got to go with Buffy, its the original it can't be denied, but Angel is not far behind in greatness and I actually found that out not so long ago. With Buffy I was there from the beginning, never missing a single episode, I own all the DVD's etc, etc. With Angel I was there from the beginning too but not as hardcore, there were a lot of episodes i missed along the way. Recently I went through the whole series on TNT, I'd DVR both episodes a day and man, I got REALLY into it, it was almost like I was seeing it for the first time since it had been so long since seeing it and since there were episodes I'd missed altogether. I came to find that I really do love it almost as much as Buffy. I have to say I hate, HATE what they did to Cordy there in the end, I mean I do like the season 4 arc (as disgusting and inscestuous her banging Connor was) but I still don't get why she wasn't brougt back for S5, it just feels wrong that the last we saw of Cordy was evil, even if it wasn't really her you know what i mean? One thing AtS did for me was make me like Angel again, the Bangel thing just not really my thing but then AtS gave me Cangel 🙂

I love Angel and Buffy, but Buffy wins by a longshot. It's just so cheerful and up beat (see: openings). Plus it has all those 'experimental' episodes. Like, Hush, The Body, OMWF, Normal Again, Conversations with Dead People. Angel just doesn't have episodes like that. Granted, Angel S5's A Hole in the World beats almost every Buffy episode ever made, but, that's just one episode. Either way, Angel is still second best when compared to EVERY other TV show. (Well, maybe Firefly...)
 
both cracking shows but i gotta go with buffy hands down!!! i enjoy angel too but if i'm honest buffy is my one true love lolz
 
i love 'em both, but i adored the carefree whimsy in the first 3/4 series of buffy. Made it more real and ultimately more engaging for me.
 
Okay, I made an official decision and went with Buffy.
Not really because I thought Buffy was a better show, because I love Angel and I think they got to do lots of crazy fun things.
ONLY because Angel got cut down right without a real end. I think if there had been a 6th season to wind it all down, it would have come out on top...at least in my book. But, they had to lose valuable points for leaving me sitting here sad and unfullfilled feeling. 🙁
 
i cant decide, i mean buffy means a looot to me right now, but im a guy so my feeling of male charity is kinda pushing me towards angel xD but no, im gonna have to go with buffy
 
I kinda go through phases. Like right now, I like Buffy. but later, I might be into Angel for a while. They're so different. And while I'm on the topic, my opinion is that BS1-3 is COMPLETELY different than BS4-7, and therefore there are 3 different shows as a whole. That's just the way I see it. Kinda like Star Wars: Original Trilogy and Star Wars: 1-3. If I put them in order:
Buffy: S4-S7
Angel
Buffy: S1-S3
