Buffy Confessions #2

Most of these I think I posted before.
1. I prefer Ats to Btvs and prefer Angel to Buffy as characters.
2. Wesley is funny even when he went dark.
3. While I'd would have done what Buffy had done, I still understood Wes' point of view in regards to Willow and Box of Gavrok in Choices.
4. Faith's redemption story kicks the crap out of Angel's, Spike's Willows etc.
5. I love Lindsay McDonald.
6. I actually liked Nina and I like that Angel could hang out with a girl without it being the end of the world.
7. Connor was more than a one note character, even in Season 4. To simply say he hated Angel is to misunderstand his character.
8. While I enjoyed watching Bangel, Ruffy and Spuffy, I respected Angel, Riley and Spike more after they left Buffy.
9. I'm in love with Tara.

- I think Xander should've been seen in his speedos more often.
- I didn't like Buffy's bangs in season 3, although I don't like seeing SMG with bangs.

6. Snice I have started watching I have tried to make stakes, started saying bloody a lot and write sayings from the show all over my binder.

For me, I just stopped catching BtVS at the timeslot; the magic of DVR. And I started watching HIMYM, which was closer to geek Willow. 😉

Here's a few 🙂
1.) I still don't understand the "Close your Eyes" theme with Bangel. Some people have tried to explain it to me, but I still don't get it. Sorry.
2.) I think I have a small crush on Andrew. 🙂 I love his random humor and the way he pronounces some words.
3.) For a villain, I think Adam is more lame than the trio (since the trio was suppose to be lame).
4.) I love Dawn in s5 and s7, but she sometimes annoys me in s6.
5.) I often can't stand Mercedes McNab's acting, especially in BtVS s5. I know Harmony is suppose to be over-the-top, but it feels so fake to me at times.
6.) I'm still completely dumbfounded when some people say Buffy didn't love Spike, or didn't love him romantically, particularly by the end. It's all in the script, emotions, and expressions people, lol! 🙂

I used to hate The Girl In Question, but I've been watching it a lot lately and it has become one of my favorite Angel episodes, top 5 easy! 😀

Two of the seasons that are pretty well regarded, Season 5 of Buffy and Season 3 of Angel, I like the least. I love season 4 of Angel, in all its stupid plotholed insanity, and season 4 of Buffy is way underrated.

In my opinion Alyson Hannigan out acts the whole cast and is way underrated

~ I had this dream where Eliza Dushku, Tom Lenk, Adam Busch, and Danny Strong were in Once More, with Feeling and thought it would've been cool to see Faith sing, and especially see the Trio sing xD

~ Every now and then I kick and punch the air and keep a little piece of wood in my bag.

Even though "The Body" is beautifully written and powerfully emotional and often makes me cry, I spend seasons 1-5 waiting for Joyce to die. I hate her.

I didn't get into buffy first-time round till season 3, I think the buffy-angel relationship is only interesting in season 3, in season 2 its only interesting when they're enemies, before that including season 1 I thought it was an outdated predictable romance story, which if it had stayed the focus of the show it would never have been the success it turned out to be.
When I look back at season 2 the only interesting relationships are the xander/cordelia one and the giles/jenny one. Buffy/angel was too old-fashioned and out-dated, and predictable I felt, and Willow/Oz wasn't interesting based on my other confession, namely that I don't think Oz was a very good character at all.
