This is one of my personal favorites, this is the only episode that I find to be truly scary. The Gentlemen were SO creepy, and that little girl with her little rhyme; and not can no one speak but they can't laugh or cry or scream. "your gonna die screaming but you won't be heard" indeed.
I have never seen any other show even try something like that, much less pull it off. Especially for a show that is perhaps best known for its witty dialogue, to go most of the ep with almost no speech is just great.
And Giles little meeting with the overhead projector was just really funny, and was it just me or was Buffy's pretending to use a stake kinda dirty?

I'm watching it as I type. I can remember a lot of hype before this ep aired and rightly so. I think everyone has a nightmare where theyre running away from something bad but can't scream for help, and once again Buffy has portrayed this amazingly. Love this episode and I think it's fantastic the way the characters pull it off so well with no dialogue and still make it funny. My favourite scenes are: Xander telling Spike he's done this and spike giving him the two fingers and the slideshow by Giles for the Scoobies 🙂
