What do I mean when I said "Unpopular Opinions" : Something you think and that is contrary to what the majority of the fandom think. My exemple : I Love Riley and Briley doesn't bother me at all !

Come on, let's reveal the surprises 😉

I have another Unpopular Opinion : I don't love "Something Blue" ! The episode is OK but not great for me !

Alyson Hannigan sucked at playing Willow. She was only good for the comedy moments and any real depth or emoting she was called on to do seemed disingenuous.

Darla and Drusilla have more sexual tension and chemistry than Spike and Drusilla or Angelus and Darla.

Anya's death was not pointless and glossed over, rather it was perfect execution because of its resemblance of the people who died at her hands.

Wood was annoying and dumb and the worst part of season 7.

Was someone saying that Eddie should have been Buffy's love interest or had a bigger role in S4? Oh right that was me...😀

The Puppet Show is the most enjoyable episode from S1.

Selfless is one of the best episodes ever and probably in the top three of S7.

Agreed on Selfless. This entire episode is great. This episode reveals all EC's talent.

Willow and Warren had the same arc. We just followed hers longer and saw instead of heard about the adolescent bullying.

Tara should NOT have gotten back with Willow in season 6. To go with the cringe metaphor, giving up drugs doesn't change the fact you emotionally, psychologically, and sexually abused your girlfriend.

I cheered for Anya in Older & Far Away. Tara was wrong to defend Willow and Dawn was being a self centered brat.

DAYAM those are some unpopular opinions, haha!
I like Xanya but it came out of nowhere and she probably should've been with Giles. A 1100+ year old woman fell in love with the 18 year old high school boy who cheated on one of her scorned clients versus the man who was proficient in the occult and knew about the paranormal for decades and whose girlfriend was murdered by a misogynist. And then Giles & Anya worked together at the Magic Box and were the only two adults (Buffy, Willow, Tara, & Xander don't even turn 21 until season 6) in the Scooby Gang.

Sometimes I want Harmony to be the vampire chick Riley was letting feed on him because that would've added such an interesting and effed up layer.

This would have been so amazing. It could have been the start of Harm's journey towards being a non-killing vampire. "Look at me, Buffy. I am not a threat to society anymore."

Buffy and Angel had zero chemistry from WTTH and on (which made it very hard for me to believe in their romantic relationship, just saying)

Buffy was completely out of line in Graduation Day, when she tried to kill Faith.

As @Grace said, S1 is awesome!

Restless is really not all that great, certainly not better than a lot of the other regular episodes in the show.

I'm sure there's more, but I can always return later 🙂

Not a fan of Restless either!

Wow, this one is very unpopular. There are people who don't like the ship but I have never met someone who don't see the chemistry between David and Sarah. It's quite obvious to me.

At least now you know why I'm not a Bangel, lol. Chemistry is key for me, when it comes to fictional relationships, so it's a huge part of why I can't ship them. It's better than just simply hating them, though, right? 🙂

I hate Faith's coma dreams. I'm so used to Buffy's full of symbolism and prophecies dreams that it was annoying to see the dark haired Slayer dream she's a sweet innocent herione of a horror movie being hunted down by the cold hearted Terminator Buffy. She really plays the victim. It was freaking cringeworthy to see Faith making her way out of a grave as rain poured down. It was like something Andrew would think of in his little removed from reality hero fantasies. And it made fans feel bad for her, as though Buffy as the villain was real instead of Faith's warped interpretation of how things went down. That garden snake appearing while she had a picnic with Wilkins showed she still didn't see how truly heinous what he was doing was, becoming an Old One, a demon that plans to slaughter thousands.
