In a nutshell, yeah, I guess. I don't think that it is all down her opponents being less intelligent. I think it's down to strength and I do think that even though she defeated them, those enemies were way stronger than her. Which is what gives us viewers so much satisfaction, because every season we see her overcome something that is stronger than her, through sheer determination and a little help from her friends 🙂

Yeah exactly i was satisfared when Buffy did that to Caleb when she did all them flips and stuff and people wacth Buffy fighting and their can add notes to Angel biG badS like for example hamlington.And i thnk Caleb is stronger then Hamlington so we can and notes if Buffy killed Caleb she will do the same to hamlington.🙂

And regarding Luke - Buffy had NO idea what she was doing in Season One especially the two part opener. That's what those episodes were about. She didn't want to be a slayer and she didn't know what to do. She knew there was no way she could have fought Luke physically and that was why she had to do what she did. Thinking on your feet because you know you will get beaten to pulp if you try to do it physically, does not in my opinion, make you a good fighter. It makes you a good thinker.

Personally, I think the whole way that Buffy works is that she initially gets beaten up, very badly the first time she comes up against an enemy (Luke, The Master, Adam, Glory, Turok-Han and Caleb) and then it takes the help from everyone else; magic etc in order for her to defeat them. If she was the BEST fighter, as opposed to a good one, she wouldn't need anyone else. But that is what the show is about; she has lived longer than most slayers because she is not alone.

Yeah but the stupid thing is that buffy didNT need friends when she figths the big bads like were was her friends when she killed her every big bad exceapt for adam lol.And for the luke thing thats the beauty about buffy she might not what to do but finally she did in the bronze when she told luke that thats sunlight and the beauty about it buffy confused him and used her envirment to kill luke.Yes but buffy had a go on glory tought love especially when she kicked glorys butt.And for the turok han she used the envirment to show the potential slayer what buffys made off and rescure spike and you see how that ended up,😎 dust to dust.

My OpioIn it that bufffy isnt just a normal slayer she much better then that.she the QUEEN

Gotta agree, caleb is tougher than hamface. And buffy is THE legendary slayer of all time. Probably the longest surviving slayer eva.
Right so if Buffy didn't need her friends accept to kill Adam, then she would have got up in Prophecy Girl and given herself CPR? And if the WHOLE school hadn't got have got involved in the fight in Graduation Day, she would have done it all on her own? Giles killed Glory, by killing Ben and all of the scoobies were there in The Gift, because they had to be. She didn't even think of the Hammer or the Dagonsphere herself and it was Xander who hit Glory with a wrecking ball. And Xander who stopped Glory and a magic spell from Willow providing EVERY single potential with slayer power is how she beat Caleb/The First. Do you see where I'm going with this?

I agree that yes she did eventually beat the Turok-Han, well one of them! But only after being completely battered several times beforehand.

yeah but where was the scoobies where buffy killed the master and where was the scoobies when buffy was going to kill faith,and for the scthy if it wasnt for buffy in the first place and if it wasnt for her only true friends betrayed her and trusted faith to be leader and then buffy woundlt find the axe but she did she finded the axe and you see how scared caleb was.and if she didnt find the axe willow carnt do the spell..I do agree the scoobies are helpful indeed but buffy did alot more with out them.😎

Buffy didn't do alot more without them. She had help with all the big bads except angelus. And you cant seriously be comparing the Master and Faith. The Master would destroy Faith.

Oops, sorry, you didnt compare faith to master. But where was the scoobys when she beat the master? Saving her life so she could have a rematch which the master should never have allowed to happen.

YEs but i am agreeing that buffy frineds didnt help alot but they did help indeed^^ her friend should have trusted buffy not faith to get the scthy.

Yeah, i agree, i think they should have went with buffy too, but all them would probably get in the way. It worked out well for buffy that they didn't go.
