Buffy's too smart

Maybe they came through the door slightly off cue so SMG looked at the door to see why. ???

But I'm probably wrong because I haven't seen the episode for ages and I can't remember that much about it.
 
Still you could explain it without saying it was a slipup, buffy has heightened senses so she may have heard the watcher guy before he came although we know that actually it was just a slip up lol

We hear a cough/stumble sound before someone comes through...I've checked and am around 85% sure.
