I thought it would be a good idea to make a topic to find out where you have found Buffyverse stuff outside of the Buffyverse and what stuff reminds you of Buffy. I'll start off with some examples

One thing i hate about the PS2/GC/Wii/PC game Resident Evil 4, is the fact that from behind, the main character looks like Riley D=

In the song, Delirious Love by Neil Diamond, the way Neil pronounces the word "Delirious" always sounds to me like he's saying "Illyria's"

Also, what non-Buffyverse places have you put Buffyverse characters?

I don't know if any of you have heard of Gaia Online, but it's a site with customisable avatars, anyway, the avy of one of my mule accounts, "Champion of the Powers", is a Buffyverse cosplay

On the PS2/Xbox 360 game WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2007, i have used the Create a Wrestler mode to create Buffy, Faith, Spike and Angel (I would post pics, but i don't have any)

So yeah, your turn people

Oh, well as for character creating, ive downloaded sims for The Sims 2 of characters (because im bad at making them lol). I havent attempted to make Miis of them on my Wii yet.

I never put Leon and Riley together.... I mean, Leon has been around since RE2 (im a big fan of the series) and they are pretty different characters overall. Leon is a lot more of a smaller build too.

It's mainly the haircut from behind that makes me think of Riley >_<

I'm not sure if this is what you're wanting, but in "Man Of The House," one of the cheerleaders makes the statement, "We were about to go all Buffy on their asses!"

In the movie "Johnson Family Vacation" Solange Knowle's character is watching the Buffy Finale 'Chosen' at the motel. Also in the movie "Are We There Yet" Ice Cube mentions to some kids that they don't carry Buffy stuff in his store.

In one Charmed episode ('Two Sisters and a Ghost'? dunno, that's the literal translation of the German title) Phoebe and Prue are walking over a cemetery at night and Phoebe says 'Where's Buffy when you need her?'.
That line always makes me smile

I believe the English title is "The Power of Two" :) And I love that line
In Kelly Armstrong's book "Stolen" (sequel to "Bitten"), the main character, a female werewolf, mentions the series "Buffy," on several occasions, says that she is a fan of the "original series," which I take to mean that she isn't a fan of "Angel," and asks a vampire why he couldn't live on animal blood instead of the human variety.

I adore Kelly Armstrong!!! I've read a bit and have never been unhappy with any of her stuff!!
In Bring It On, a cheerleader from a rival school says that she wants to 'Beat these Buffy's down' to (Eliza Dusku's character incidently).
Also in Friends Pheobe's sister Urusula makes a porn movie entitled 'Buffet the Vampire Layer'

yes, I saw that Friends episode as well, lol, hilarious
In the Gilmore Girls when Paris is dressed trashily for a night time man hunt Rory asks:
"It's 11:00 at night. Who are you hoping to hook up with now -- Spike and Drusilla?"
I loved that

That was hilarious... I loved Paris.
I agree with the res evil 4 character reminding us of Riley. I thought that when I saw the cover before I bought it. Played it for 10 min and got frustrated. I kept dieing.

Also, the movie 'She's The Man," the school she goes to is called Illyria.

I just watched Shes The Man this morning and was about to post about Illyria!
in Supernatural - two amature ghost hunters (who are getting in Sam and dean's way), when deciding what they will do say "W.W.B.D - What would Buffy do?"

Did anyone notice that around half of the cast of Heroes have been on Buffy? To name a few, Maya, Audrey, Monica, and Bob (Heroes nerds like me will know who I'm talking about!) were all in it at least once.
Also, Henry from Ugly Betty was in an episode. And if you were wondering, yeah, I always freak out when I re-watch episodes and see people I recognize show up... xD

and vice versa... like everytime i watch Fear Itself i go "hey, that frat guy is the original black ranger from Power Rangers!" haha so funny.
There was an Episode of Xena (I guess the English title was "The Play's the Thing", but don't nail me down on that) in which a stageplay called "Buffus the Bacchae Slayer" got mentioned.

Haha, I used to watch Xena and I have no memory of that. But- cool. Haha
Anyone knows the Russian film 'Night Watch'? In the U.S. version there's the episode 'Buffy vs. Dracula' playing on some TV at one point of the movie.

Yeah. I watched it just becuz my sister told me there's Buffy scene. ^^
A lot of the Buffyverse actors do voice work on the side. My husband likes cartoons, so I'll sometimes recognize folks' voices. About a month ago, I heard Adam Baldwin and James Marsters in a Superman cartoon. Baldwin played Superman and Marsters played Lex Luthor. Today, my hubby was watching a Justive League cartoon and I heard David Boreanaz. He played Hal Jordan, who was eventually turned into the Green Lantern. I'm actually freakishly good at recognizing voices. At the end, I always check the credits -- and I'm almost always right.

David Boreanaz does the voice for Leon in Kingdom Hearts. I remember I heard the voice and I was like, "That's Angel!" Too bad he didn't return for the sequel.

I totally went all giddy when I played it for the first time and realized that was him!
Part of my job is to place student teachers in schools for their teaching practice placements, so basically I have to ring most of the schools in the country trying to get students placed. The other day I had to ring a school called Caritas!! I thought it was the coolest thing ever. I was grinning like an eejit. Fairly sure the rest of the office found it off putting. Oh well!!!😀

Alot of the places and scenes(initiative, ally ways, buildings) reminded me of Resident Evil.

I was watching the Simpsons today, the episode "Catch 'em if you can" and pretty much at the beginning Moe went into the adult section of a video store. And there was a category called "Spike & Ange Lee" or something like that. Lol, that made my day.

Spike Lee and Ang Lee, not a Buffy reference, they are both directors
