Ohhhh, yeah, he really is a douche in the movies... It kinda sucks how they have them act... I wish they would have more of the random arguements that they do in the book... haha; But he still did eat slugs for her and said her name when he was sick... And when she hugs him right when the think Buckbeak dies. SO adorable! Ah, well. At least you're starting to see the way... 😉

Yeah, I don't really like when they fight after the party in GoF or after he kisses Lavender for the first time. Hermione obviously gets angry and he still leaves with Lavender. But those scenes you mentioned are so cute. I love the scene when she hugs Harry and then she's gonna hug Ron, but changes her mind. It's a more-than-friends moment. 🙂

Okay, in canon points I ship Ron/Hermione because I don't understand how people could ship Harry/Hermione or anything like that. But I have a guilty pleasure in the non-canon area of thinking. Dramione 😛 If you don't understand this then go read fanfiction and you can't tell me it's not an awesome ship.

Did you know some people ship Snape/Hermione...uhhhh...

I love Ron and Hermione together but I wouldn't say I'm a shipper! I love how their relationship develops and the teen angst that goes with it. I never really thought that Harry and Hermione would get together, but I adore their friendship. I watched HPB today and that scene after she sees Ron and Lavender kissing and she asks Harry about Ginny just breaks my heart. It's so beautiful.

As for Ron not deserving her? Nah. I love Ron's character. I think he has such an awesome development throughout the books. I got an awesome book about the production side of the films for Christmas and there's some awesome stuff about Ron that I have completely forgotten, so I'll try and post it later because it really helped me to understand him a lot more.

While I agree that they don't handle the Harry/Ginny relationship as well in the films, I still adore them together. I really, really wish they'd had the scene in the HPB movie that they have in the book where

really helped to show their feelings for each other.

Ok, here's what I think. I adore the books to no end but I don't really ship couples in HP (I ship Harry as a character and the story LOL) but I think that in the end, Ron and Hermione clearly belonged together: he's messy and sometimes immature (even if he came a long way) and Hermione's the opposite (even if she shows different sides of her)come on, it was clear they would end up together.I like the parts in book 4 and 6 when they're jealous of each other and there was this hidden chemistry waiting to explode.

About Harry...I was never a fan of Cho (but I was eager for the kiss to happen and how Harry would react) and when Ginny came along...it wasn't so sudden. JK gave hints like she always does and it's such a cute ship..a mature relationship for Harry and his ultimate true love..it feels natural as a ship, like they instantly fit, I don't know if you can understand that.

Harry and Hermione...I love their friendship, it's so beautifully built and for he first 3 books I thought they should end up together but after a while it's clear she's into Ron, Harry's not into her etc. I gotta say that, in the movies, Emma has an amazing chemistry with Daniel (especially in the 7th movie), more than she has with Ruper but that's just the movie, I take the book's authority first (LOL) and I seriously enjoy all their scenes together.

I love Ron and Hermione together. I think you could tell that Ron would have done anything for her and that she would have done anything for him. That's what I like the most, that they were on the same level and treated each other like equals.

I love Ron. I wouldnt mind Hermione paired with Harry or Ron. I did miss Ron in the 7th film tho. He brings a lot of humor to an otherwise very dark film.

I think Ron and Hermione suit each other, they are very an ''opposites attract'' scenario. She's very serious and he's not but they both work well together. I cant wait for the next film!!
