better late than never
So being a mother of two has slowed me down...
I was never a slayer (hello reality), but I used to engage in some risky behavior. That was until I got it into my head to reproduce. That changed everyhting. Suddenly life has more meaning. I have a reason to live. I must care for my groopies. Suddenly, walking through the bad part of town scares me, whereas before; it never crossed my mind to be worried about my personal safety. I always, always buckle my seatbelt. I think twice about engaging in some good ol fashioned sky-diving. All for my children, because life has changed. I am suddenly responsible for the well being and loving care for the two sweet souls that depend on me.
So what if I was a slayer...
Would it be ok for me to be responsible for the life and death struggle of humanity as well as a child? To put my life on the line for the greater good? Or should I try to carefully preserve my life so I can raise a happy well adjusted child?
Can a Super hero be a super mom?
