What is your job?/What are you training to be?/What would you like to do?

If you have a job, are you happy in that occupation?

I'm at university, training to be a teacher. I love it 🙂
 
I'm at university studying philosophy, but I'm hoping to become a writer and/or teacher.
 
I'm a personal trainer and I love it. I don't think it's forever though, I like change, but I'll probably stay within the same field at least 🙂
 
I'm at university studying communications, to be a journalist/photographer/photoreporter/reporter/documentarist. I really want to make reportages and (web)documentaries on various subjects, like fashion in Japan, phenomen of overstressed people because of work who end up killing themselves or having cardiac problems (still in Japan), condition of women in the world, culture clashes, homeless people, outcasts, religious scandals, values clashes, alternative communities...And I plan to open a website somedays, and I'll hire people to realize their own webdocumentaries/photoreportages and it'll be an online platform. It'll be fun :heart:
 
I am only a sophomore in high school but I am going to become a vet. I have wanted this snice I was 3 and all of next summer I will be shawdowing a vet. 😀
 
I'm currently a film student. I'd eventually love to be a director of indie pictures, I adore films with meaning. I see a lot of things in film that other people don't, as I spend most of my time analysing them. 😛

But yeah, pretty much a film nerd, I'd say.

My boyfriend does film and media production, he's made me watch so many interesting films, you should chat to me about films :)

I work for a bank- I tried training as a teacher about 15 years ago but it didn't work out and I probably would have had a nervous breakdown if I'd gone any further. Seriously, if you can't get to sleep until two in the morning and then after a day's teaching, you lie down absolutely exhausted for two hours trying to sleep, can't, and then get up again just because it's time to make dinner...it wasn't me.

As regards what I'd like to do, I really don't know any more. Some things interest me- politics, international relations, travel and so on- but I still don't know what my own politics are and I'm not really in a position where I can afford to retrain just now or in the next couple of years.

I feel like I'm going to be a student for a really long time. I like to learn/"prepare for the real world" but I can't think of any actual jobs I'd realistically like to have.

I'm working in a Bureau de Change at the moment, my official job title is "Sales Cashier" but they like to call us "Foreign Exchange Experts".

I'm going to be studying towards a graphic design degree starting in October, with the aim of making that my career in the future.
