Long story. Short version : Rose accused Harvey Weinstein to have raped her and several others women. Georgina, his ex-wife, said she didn't know anything about all of this. Rose doesn't trust her. Alyssa is a good friend of Georgina and have taken her defense. Rose is mad against Alyssa, calling her a lier, saying that she doesn't like her and she is a big hypocrite with the all "me too" movement.

And I notice that in many television series now there is always an actress who has her breasts redone, or ass, or who makes injections in the lips or elsewhere. To be natural is to ask too much. I really don't like this new mode. There are bimbos everywhere. And let's not talk about TV-reality, that's worst !
I think one of the reasons for the success of some of the 90s series is that actors and actresses were not redone of everywhere, they seemed natural and we could be identified to them.

The actresses all have weird, distorted faces. Did anyone else notice that? Uneven features, like dwarves thrown into a blender.

I've always been a HUGE Charmed fan, but there's no way I'd ever watch this crap. Nope. Hell no. Nuh uh. Not gonna happen.

What's funny about the Rose-Milano fight is that Shannon was no where to be found. Guess you can't blame that one on her😉 Doesn't she know that taking the Weinstein's side in anything is career suicide now?😳

I think Shannon is a bit busy with surgery etc again to really care about what the little children are fighting about ;)
I hope y'all enjoy it but I thought the original series was awful. Cheap, cheesy, predictable, soapy, boring. It wasn't good compared to contemporary scifi/fantasy/supernatural dramas and it certainly doesn't hold up today. And I'm not feeling the trailer for the reboot either.

Spooky thing is they were about the same time. Buffy S4 was about 99-00 time and then when the first season of Roswell aired.

I don't like the look of it either. The dialogue is terrible (not that the original show had stellar writing either) and the actors' idea of conveying emotion seems to consist of saying things very loudly and earnestly. To me it has a kind of post-Disney channel vibe, especially when it comes to the two main sisters (anyone else think they both look like Selena Gomez?).

Yes! Good wording for it. The actors look quite animated, but its probably aimed at tweens so perfect for them transitioning off cartoons.

I agree in some ways with you @Antho too - there is less and less natural to be found in tv. I do prefer to watch a beautiful cast, but there is plenty of beauty in the tv industry without the need for chopping and changing and pumping bits up with duck diseases.

If you think about it hard enough, the vast majority of fiction is just a "reboot" of Shakespeare, who himself mostly just "rebooted" stories and archetypes from Sophocles.

I am not going to even check out the Cagney and Lacey reboot. The only exception will be if it has the original cast members in it. They were all top notch. Nope I have not seen the new Lost in Space. I will stick to the old one and version. Some of these are so iconic imo they should not be re-made. I was glad that the Murder She Wrote reboot never happened.

Cagney and Lacey re-boot isn't happening now. I was joking because I've been writing my own version which would be radically different. You should give Lost in the Space a watch. They do the old show justice while doing their own thing too.

Lost in Space reboot was actually pretty good. To be fair I've only seen clips of the original - looked terrible!

I had no clue that the new spin-off was trying to distance themselves so much from the original show. That just sounds like a bad marketing idea. Why wouldn't you praise and court the fans of the original show? It's so strange.
