Did anyone figure out who Cordelia was before we were told? *Possible Spoilers*

I didn't know Cordelia was evil. In the preview for the episode Calvary, they said that somebody was going to die. So naturally I assumed it was Cordelia since Charisma had gotten herself knocked up and everything. When she stabbed Liah in the neck, I hollered! After that I knew her arc would not be over for a while. But five episodes later, she went into a coma. So what can you do?

For some reason I thought she was a form The First was using...because I watched Angel way after Buffy. Then she kissed the beast and I was confused

I'm rewatching S4 right now, and I'm trying to think when I first knew the first time I watched it. Obviously when she sleeps with Connor, I'm going... WTF?? But I didn't know she was evil.

But I'm watching Awakening right now, and the difference between her behavior in the fantasy or whatever most of the episode is, and her behavior outside of that fantasy, is so apparent that I think that was the tripping point for me. Not just that I could tell she was different, but I think that's what made me realize she was evil.

I sort of suspected she was different but I didn't realize how different.

I sort of liked Possessed Cordy though. It sucks, because she wasn't REALLY Cordelia, she's Jasmine, but seeing Cordy be evil was still fun. It's only ruined by the fact that Joss so cruelly raped our Cordy love by writing her off the show...had she recovered from giving birth I'd like season four even more than I already do (and it's my favorite season out of Angel *and* Buffy as it is).

I got the feeling something wasn't right with Cordy when Lorne reversed the spell in "Spin The Bottle" and she suddenly ran off at the end. To me I could just sense something deeper was going on but it wasn't until Cordy killed Lilah that it all made sense, but I still didn't realise it was Jasmine controlling her.
