Question Did you miss Angel and Cordelia?

Did you miss Angel and Cordelia in season 4, or was the introduction of Spike, Riley, Anya and Tara enough that you didn't notice that they were not a part of the series anymore.

I didn't miss Angel and Cordelia one bit. Besides . . . they had their own series.

I can't recall if I missed them or not back then because I pretty much stopped watching Buffy after season three and got much more into Angel's series which I love. But now, years later, I've been buying up and re-watching all the Buffy seasons, and I was a little shocked at how Cordelia just disappeared. At least with Angel, you knew he was leaving town and they made a big deal over it. With Cordy, we saw her graduate and then suddenly, a new season starts and she's gone with nobody even mentioning it! I wasn't upset with it or anything, just surprised that she didn't get a little sendoff or something.

I think Angel and Cordelias development in Ats was what made me really love them, but I did miss Cordy (not Angel, didn't like him in Btvs really) in Btvs as I watched that first and Ats after I finished. I wasn't aware of that she wasn't going to be on anymore, so I kept waiting for her to show up and she didn't. I think they atleast could've made a reference to her, but it was like she didn't exist for them 🙁

I missed Cordy a lot (always preferred her to Anya). The Bad Hair Dude? Not so much, not even back then... Bangel annoyed me so much in S3, I was glad to see him sent off to LA.
