Well I'm also active on other fora, and I thought it's cool idea to also open topic like this here. So with at least the half here I think is English not his/her native language. So let a bit hear of your language... I mean like say those daily/special-occasions expressions in your language with its translation, so for me this will be Dutch...

How old are you? - Hoe oud ben je?
What's the time? - Hoe laat is het?
What's your name? - Hoe heet je?
Happy birthday! - Gelukkige verjaardag!
No - Nee
Yes - Ja
Are you a girl or a boy? - Ben je een jongen of een meisje?
I love you - Ik hou van je
...
and on like this... I'm curious to read the others xD!

Edit: you don't need to use those expressions btw, you can also do others, or the same and add some.

Are you a girl or a boy? - An bhfuil tú cailàn nà¡ buachail?
I love you - (no direct translation and there is a few ways of sayine it)"Tà¡ mé i ngrà¡ leat" is one but "Mo chusla croà" is my favourite. It basically means love of my heart.

I would love to learn Japanese too.
English is my first language too, but my family also spoke a little Choctaw when I was growing up and now I am learning the language (hopefully I'll be fluent one day; there aren't too many people who are any more though). It's amazing how much I realize I learned just from growing up with it interjected into conversation too.

Some common phrases:

Hello! How are you? --Halito: Chim chukma?
I'm good --Chukma hoke
What is your name? -- Sa hochifo ut nanta?
I love you -- Chi hullo li
See you later (there isn't a word for goodbye) -- Chi pisa la chi ke
Yes -- Ah (it's a nasal A sound)
No -- Kiyo
I'm drunk (just for people with MR disease) -- hoxy li
Little man (the Choctaw name my dad gave to my son) -- hattak iskitini

And then the phrase in my banner:
"nani achuffa, nani tuklo, nani humma, nani okchako" translates to "one fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish"
