Personally I kind of like the theory of Roden for the floating feet. It reminds me of other stuff hinted at that turned out to be true. The significance of XXX as 30, which turned out to mean Ethan was in cell 30. Cinnamon lip gloss meaning Satsu was the one who delivered the waking kiss to Buffy. Stuff like that.

I didn't think the Satsu thing was ever proved?
 
Not that it has much to do with the point made, but yeah it has. Dark Horse Editor Scott Allie who has read the upcoming issues to # 11, and speaks with Joss via email concerning the series says it has. He mentioned it, because he can't understand why people don't get it. It's in a couple of threads here in the Season 8 forum. You can see it mentioned in this one for example.

And it's not exactly obvious, Satsu happened to have a lip gloss of the same flavour, that is what can be called a coincidence. And seeing as we found out she had it when she let Buffy use it, she also could have let anyone else use it, there is no proof what so ever that is was her

I know it was hinted at that it was Satsu, but to be fair it wasn't shown as actual fact... never cleared up. In the comics I mean. Bit dissapointed that it was Satsu, I'm finding it hard to connect with characters introduced in the comics, although I'm actually liking Gigi and Roden.. so maybe it's just my ever dislike of slayers that follow Buffy around in season 7 😛
Anyways I just got this, and it was awesome. But my first reaction that it was kinda short. Don't know if I want to go and read the preview for 8, because I might be reading half the comic :/
Renee pissed me off by interrupting Dawn, heh. I wanna know what happened, but I guess we have to wait till later
I'm kinda liking Gigi, which is weird, her being evil and ...shallow and ..a comic character. She is just so believable. But I still don't get why she would want to be Buffy, in a sense. Although I suppose if I think about it Buffy is the leader of many slayers.. and that's a lot of power. Plus her name.. if Gigi was the one who killed Buffy Summers I suppose that would give her a lot of cred. But I don't see Roden and the Twilight letting her have that... she's being played.
Seriously what's up with English nobility believing they are somehow above everyone else (some of them), get over yourself 😛 Maybe it's a comparison with what a slayer is.. reminds me of what Anya said to Buffy when she was kicked out of her own house, which I totally don't agree with in Buffy's case, but works for Gigi.

Loved Faith's commentary, "What the #%^?!" Really cool fight, they must have been a little less rocky then The Beast in Ats.. but I suppose only himself could hurt himself..or something 😛
I noticed the pics from Buffy in Issue 1 also.. prolly someone clinging to the gargoyle.. damn Angel on his dragon was such a cool idea.

It could still happen. There are other ways to explain the floating feet
 
lol I thought it was great. Hearing all of Faith's inner thoughts, and the "Can I bum a fag" line and Faith says "I don't care who you bum" or something like that lol!! At least Faith is in the inner circle and close to her now. "What the f$%ck" hahaha was great!! Can't wait to read the next one in a few minutes :lmao: lol If Dawn was wearing a thong.. I didn't notice.. lol I guess I was the only one not looking ?? ^_^ Too busy waiting for more Faith ^.^
 
I've never been a huge Faith fan, I didn't dislike her but wasn't cheering her on either lol but I'm really enjoying reading these comics about her, it's different and nice to delve a bit into her brain lol 😀 Still prefer her trashy look, to her debutant look though lol which is definatly weird to say 🙄 lol Definatly a change for her not to be the 'evil slayer' lol That genevieve girl is messed up 🙄
