I was wondering if anyone watches a few shows on either E4 and BBC channel.

Anyone watch Being Human? I guess I'm a little curious about the American Being Human. But I'm not sure if it'll be as good as the original.

Then there's Merlin, Skins and Misfits.

Anyone watch those shows? I just finished watching the Misfits finale. Can't wait for Misfits Christmas Special.

I also love Doctor Who & Torchwood.😀 Of course.

I love the Inbetweeners and Skins and when I have the time, I will watch Misfits as well, and Being Human and Sugar Rush!

I have yet to see Inbetweeners and Sugar Rush.😀

I love Being Human and can't wait for the next series. Not too keen on the idea of a US version. Ours works, why does it need to be remade?

I liked the first generation Skins but didn't really like the second. And now there's going to be a third... I won't be watching.

I know. The season finale of Being Human that I watched cut off the very end of it where Mitchell and George see that Annie is trapped and etc. I know. I hate that they have to make a US version just like their doing with Skins. I think it's to make more money. I say it's about the money and the fact that they think they can be a big hit in US since the original shows did so well in the UK and stuff.

I'm kind of hesitant to watch the third gen but I wanna wait and see if this cast and these characters will grow on me.

Loved Merlin.... waiting for Doctor Who to start up again and Torchwood 😀

Torchwood will be starting up second quarter next year apparently... with rumors of an american version of the show starting up at the same time and crossing over regularly with the english version 😀

It's just the one show - Torchwood: The New World. It's going to be set both in the US and the UK, with American and British characters. BtVS' very own Jane Espenson is a writer for the new series. 🙂

I really like Merlin, though I wish they'd move away from the silly childish episodes and focus more on developing the legends. The third series was better in that respect but there's still room for improvement.

And of course I'm a big fan of Doctor Who. 😀

That all seems a little confusing. Still feels like a long wait.

Doctor Who, Torchwood, Merlin - us British can make good TV 🙂

Never seen misfits but I think reading SFX magazine will eventually tempt me but as for the inbetweeners i didnt really find it funny

Forgot about The Inbetweeners. LOVE it. I didn't like it at first - I thought it was childish and juvenile. But once I came to the realisation that the point of it is that it's childish and juvenile... I started to appreciate how funny it really is.

Oh - any fans of The IT Crowd? Love that, too. 😀

You should watch the Misfits. There's not a lot of episodes in season 1 so it'll be easy and quick watch. There's only six episodes in this season as well.

I adore the IT Crowd, Moss is brilliant.
Not a fan of Skins series 3-onwards, it's not the same. What about the Mighty Boosh?

I watch Skins I don't have the channel so I see them on youtube and such and I have just started watching Misfits.

I love Merlin, I think its a great show and the season thats just finished was the best yet. Some great new editions to the cast and it makes me curious to see what they'll do in season 4. Plus Anthony Head as Uther is just awesome, he's almost the polar opposite of Giles.

I'm not a big fan on the E4 shows like Skins or Misfits, they've never really appealed to me as I find them a little bit too dramatic and not in a good way either. I did watch one episode of Being Human once and got bored and confused within 5 minutes.

Yep, British fan here, who loves... well, pretty much all the shows in the OP. I love Misfits, Skins, Being Human and Torchwood. I used to like Merlin too, but I gave up half-way through S3, I felt it suffered massively for not being brave and sticking with the exact same formula - the show would have benefited greatly if Arthur had found out about Merlin's magic at the end of S2, to shake the dynamic up a little.

And above all, I absolutely adore Doctor Who. It's the greatest show in the universe, and I can't wait for the Christmas special.
