Eliza Dushku on Conan

She's hot...

I just watched the Zeppo on a rerun channel, where Faith does Xander.

I've been hearing Faith stuff all night.

I was on a Sci Fi message board, and they were talking about how Dark Angel was similar to Faith. I wonder, does that mean Jessica Alba would be good as a spinoff Faith in Faith the Vampire Slayer?

Eliza will no doubt be talking Tru Calling tonight. It will be hard to think of her as anything, but Faith, though.
 
I was watching Conan last night, and it definitely is a repeat that I must've missed because Eliza was talking about Wrong Turn. This has to have been one of the funniest Conans I've seen; especially if you watched the Jim Carrey part before Eliza came on. It's great when she talks strongly with her Boston accent; I find that soo sexy.

Jessica Alba's character 'Max' on Dark Angel is practically identical to Faith. Eliza's a better actress, but Alba could definitely pull off a Faith spinoff if she acted the same as she did on Dark Angel.
 
I refuse to watch Conon O'brian, even if she is on his show. he was interviewing Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine on Star Trek: Voyager) and kept cracking jokes about nerds and making fun of the entiree Star Trek franchise trying to impress her. Personally i think hes a stuck up, little weasle of a human being and would be glad to see the show cancelled. (Might be harsh but I really don't like the guy).

Not only that, I've watched or (stopped for a second to listen) 2 or 3 times and heard him being very racias to the people who live in Iraq (I don't know the politically correct term),Chinese, and Germans.
 
I'd tell you what else happened in the episodes but like I said I only stopped for a minute. Now some of it may have been jokes, cause I don't watch it enough to know if hes joking or means it but I still don't like him. Just forget it though. I'm just saying what I think of him is all.
 
It's kind of a love/hate thing for me with Conan.

Conan's does tend to slip into that cruel humour a little to hard sometimes. Sometimes the humour just isn't there, so all you're left with is cruel. That can look pretty ugly.

I don't like talk-show host, opening monologue humour in general. It's just too "fill in the blanksy" for me. Once you see the joke set up, you pretty much know what the punchline is going to be:
J Lo -- Big Butt Joke
J Lo & Ben -- Bad movie joke
Anna Nicole -- Trashy woman or fat joke
Bush -- stupid person joke
Monica Lewinsky -- Oral sex joke
R Kelly -- child molester joke
and so on...

On the other hand I like Conan's wacky, off the wall, you never know what's going to happen next stuff, when it works.

I love that bit he does sometimes when a celebrity appears on a television screen with a comic talking behind it. That bit splits my sides sometimes.

Also... If I can see Eliza Dushku every once in a while in a cute little red, Kilt skirt talking with a Bostonian accent, well that's cool too.
