Oh, btw if 'body-swap' now means rape

When you take control of someone's body against their will and force them to have sex...yeah, I think that's how I would call it. Rape. I think that Buffy feels that way too - look at what she says in "Sanctuary":

Do you have any idea what she did to me? (...) I've lost battles before but nobody else has ever made me a victim.

Yeah, but isn't Buffy talking about Riley and Angel when she says that?- she says to Faith that she tried to take those things from her.
By Faith doing what she did she damaged the relationship between Riley and Buffy- which eventually healed.

Plus rape, emotively, is about power over somebody else- it's not just a sex thing, that's a deeply simplistic analysis.

Buffy doesn't act at all traumatised by what Faith did (unlike, say, she did with Spike) she's angry sure, but not shocked or upset like a rape victim would be.
Also, when Faith leaves at the end of 'Who Are You?'- Buffy questions wheter she had 'fun'- she seems to recognise how messed up/full of self-loathing Faith is. If she was 'raped' shouldn't she be a lot more angry?
(Obviously this all changes when she finds out Faith had just tried to kill Angel- she goes ballistic after that- understandably)

And again, if it is rape, then Angel got raped by an octogenarian- which is just...stupid.🙄
