Oh, I voted for 'Rest in Peace', though I also like a lot Sweet's song "What You Feel" (if not for Dawn's it would have been the best one).

I always wondered why in different movies 'evil' goes to do the step.

I'll have to agree with the first poster. Spike's "Rest in Peace" was completely within character of Spike and I loved the classic dead pose on top of the coffin he did. Him getting in Buffy's face was just great.

Then "Walk Through the Fire" for not only the harmonies but also because it signifies that even though all these relationships are falling apart, the group knows they have to band together and stop the musical madness.

Finally, I thought "I'll Never Tell" was great just for the hilarity. Plus seeing Anya in her skivvies... :whistle:

I also found this line is one of the songs near the end that is just funny.

Anya: She came from the grave much graver.
Spike: First he'll kill her, then I'll save her.
Tara: Everything is turning out so dark.
Spike: No, I'll save her, then I'll kill her.
Willow: I think this line's mostly filler.
Giles: What's it gonna take to strike a spark?

I love how Spike gets his plans mixed up and Willow singing her one line of her line is just a filler. LOL Gets me laughing everytime. :lmao:

I also loved under your Spell and Let me rest in Peace. I bought this CD and listen to it all the time. It is actually probally one of my favorite Buffy episodes considering the crazyness of the show I was amazed that they were able to pull of a musical episode with some sillyness but that the lyrics would actually mean something!!!!

But then again they pulled off Hush which scared the pants off people or at least me. Master pieces Buffy was so full of master pieces!
 
Definatly I'll never tell, I love the "look at me I'm dancing crazy!" I wasnt a big fan of walk through the fire, mainly coz sarah isnt really a great singer.... I do love the tara/giles under your spell/standing reprise that was good singing! All the lyrics were well written to all of them (I think this line's mostly filler.haha)
 
In terms of hidden meanings and going as far as could be gone, all things considered, 'Under Your Spell' was my favourite, not only for sentimental reasons, but I just loved the innuendo!

I'll never tell- so funny, I saw OMWF many times but still laugh when I hear this one!
Rest In Peace- I love James singing and a good rock song was just needed.
I've got a theory- I love when they sing "What can't we face if we're together..." It just says it all about the Scoobies. And Anya's bunny part:lmao:
Walk through the fire- How could I not love it?

My favorite is "Something to Sing About". A close second is Sweet's "What You Feel".

The soundtrack is coming in this week!!!!! WOOT!
 
"Standing" is definately my favourite. Not just the song, but the whole scene in the episode.
But I also love "What You Feel" (because Sweet is awesome) and "Together".
