Favorite NON-WHEDON shows??

Glee, for sure. Anyone who says Glee isn't amazing is either crazy or in denial 😉
Also: How I met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, Being Human, Gossip Girl and, even though it ended a few years ago, I'm still a big Veronica Mars fan; I tend to watch through my DVDs every now and then.
 
Sons of Anarchy is about the only networked show (you can call FX a network, yeah?) and I am trying to get into Justified.. nothing else much interests me as far as series.. wait, once Lie To Me comes back you can add that; thats a very good show.

Alias and One Tree Hill are my favourite shows ever and I can, and do, watch them over and over again.

I'm liking Glee at the moment, although I don't get too upset if I miss it. I've also been keeping up to date with Flashforward (although might have missed the latest).

Supernatural is definitely my favourite TV show. Lost, True Blood, Dexter, House, Glee, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory and Torchwood are all awesome as well.

Ugh I totally agree. I've been watching that show since the beginning pretty much, and I really miss the old cast. The new episodes just aren't right without them...

Lately, I've totally fallen in love with The Tyra Show. 🙂

Other than that, I'd have to say that iCarly is my favorite show out there, along with having one of my favorite 'ships EVER, Seddie. Many of you guys probably underestimate iCarly (if, in fact, you've even ever heard of it. 😀 ) because it's a "Tween" show. Well, I'm here to tell you that it's much more than that. :biggrin3: Really, it's a parody show. It takes things from other shows, puts a twist on it, intensifies it, then shows it to make fun of things that other shows do. It's the most hilarious show I've ever watched, and it's incredibly silly, but it's also pure genius. They have some very genuine and heartfelt moments in it, and despite the silliness it's pretty true to life. The characters are all fantastic, the episodes are all fantastic, there's not one 'ship that I STRONGLY dislike 😀 (The only one that I dislike is a fanon 'ship, it's not even near canon). It's fun, it's light, it's playful, it's intelligent, it's feel-good, and it's just plain amazing! 😀 So I definitely recommend it.

I'm almost caught up now - I just started season 9 but I'll watch it pretty quickly probably. I'm so glad Lana is gone since she and Clark together were puke inducing. It's weird to have the show with no Lex but I still like it. I've been shipping Clark & Lois since her first appearance so it's nice to know (from reading spoilers) that their time finally approaches at least in some way.
 
I just finished my 2nd rewatch of Studio 60. Now I absolutely love the show, but I am not the most objective critic when it comes to Sorkin. I'd love to know what other people thought of it.
 
With my love for The west wing I don't think I'm the most objective one either so instead of saying how I feel about it I can say that I know two people that hasn't watched The west wing but really enjoyed Studio 60.
 
The X-Files is my poison. it's the only other show I'm really discussing on forums and stuff.
I do like to watch a lot more than that, though.

And I loooooove Doctor's Diary, but sadly I know none of you will ever be able to watch it, cos it's a german show and i think it's unlikely they're gonna export it.
It's truly awesome, though. It's like Bridget Jones meets Grey's Anatomy.
 
I really like a lot of old stuff so I'll often end up watching Bewitched, the Munsters or the Addams family. They're so charming I just can't ever seem to get tired of 'em.

The stuff that I make a point to be up on that is still on the air are House, Lost, Fringe, Mad Men and South Park. I also have appointment viewing with my family for all sorts of fun HBO/Showtime series such as Big Love, True Blood, and Dexter.

I've recently watched most of the entirety of 'Bones' in order to satiate my man crush on Boreanez but I sort of lost interest in the show. The will they/won't they got kind of stale and the forensics also did.

Show I have loved in the past that are now off the air include Friends, Scrubs, Arrested Development, Sports Night, Batman the Animated Series, Star Trek: TNG and way to many others to count.
