Favorite Relationship that isn't a Couple

I liked Wesley and Gunn before they became rivals for Fred (especially episodes like The Thin Dead Line).

I always liked the Doyle/Angel friendship a lot.

I love Lorne/Angel.

I love Lorne/Fred.

Although I feel Angel/Cordelia/Doyle had better chemistry, I love Angel/Cordelia/Wesley before Darla shows up.

I always LOVED Spike and Joyce (especially when he brings her flowers in Forever).

Tara and anybody.

Giles and anybody.

I liked Oz and Xander in the earlier Seasons.

Well, while i wished them as couple they really were not -- Anya and Giles. That has to go as my clear favorite.

Anya and Willow had interesting relationship as well, loved it 😛

Joyce and Spike was nice too, kinda loved how they went too.

Angel and Spike were good match too, the best of S5 relationships.

Willow/Xander/Buffy- my favourite ship of all the series.
I loved their friendship, how they were always there for each other. They've been together through the good and bad times. They had sometimes conflicts too but in the end they always managed to work everything out.

Giles/Buffy- their father/daughter relantionship was great!

Joyce/Buffy- I loved their mothet/daughter relantionship. Buffy seems the only one of the Scoobies who got along well with at least one of her parents.

Angel/Spike- they're just hilarious together. Their arguments and fights were one of the best things in season5.

I also love the Spike/Dawn dynamic, adore Angel and Spike (see my avi) and Buffy and Giles are very special too.

I gotta say, though, that I pretty much loved every so-called "relationship" that Lilah ever had.

heres one I think people have forgotten about:

Buffy/Synder- the relationship you hate to love. All the bickering and hatred between the two was great. And he was one of her worst (as biggest bad) enemies imo during the whole shows duration. And to bad they never thought of having The First appear as him. That wouldve been funny.

I loved Snyders character and i think he had good chemistry with Giles, even though they didnt speak that much, they were funny when they did speak.

Yeah I have to agree. Snyder was one my favorite characters as regards to 'One I love to hate'. Like he annoyed the hell out of me but because he was so annoying and anti-Buffy he made me laugh and so while I didn't like the character I enjoyed the character. And there was great anti-chemistry between him and anyone even remotely connected to Buffy. And he did have some great lines.

okay, so I know on the outside it seems like a romantic relationship, but she's also kinda like his mother (I know how gross that sounds but bear with me) In the sense that she sired him and showed him how to be a good(bad) vampire

Oh, so many to choose from!
Number one is Buffy/Giles- This relationship beats even the romantic ones for me. My biggest wish for season 8 is for it to be repaired.

Dawn/Tara- The nice, helpful big sister with a motherly side that Tara plays to Dawn is so sweet.
