Of those villians, which is your favorite?

Mine would have to be Glory!
 
From those, I though Adam rocked. Big Spike fan though (I always say Angelus as the S2 big bad though).

There's some villains I like more on Angel though. The Beast for one - I LOVE the big battle between him and the gang, especially when Wes pulls out the shotgun :biggrin:

I thought Holtz was great too, maybe I'm alone on that one, but the bit when he blows up the Caritas is awesome. And of couse there's Illyria, not really a big bad for long, but still one of the best characters.
 
Yeah I definitley loved that fight scene. I love with Wes pulls out the guns, he does it more than once and it is always so fun. They go in slow motion and he does the james bond roll! haha. I didn't like Adam very much though. Thought he was a boring villian, he didn't really have a plan like the rest of them did. Willow was awesome when she went bad for that little while, She did an amazing job.

Sure he had a plan. make initiative soldiers and demons into frankenstein esque zombie soldier to rule the world. I'd say thats a plan. Not a great one, but still a plan. I mean Glorys plan.....to go home. The trios plan....to rule the galaxy....
 
I would have to agree with Caleb, he was freaky and I like villians that you love to hate, and he certainly was one of those!

I also think the Gentlemen have to be one of my faves as they are so scary.

Season 1.
Without doubt the Master was the best this season. He was just the perfect first Villain for the series and he was extremely funny too🙂
Best example of his work is definitely 'Prophecy Girl'.

Season 2.
Angelus. This was tough because Spike and Dru were magnificent, but Angelus managed to break boundries that Spike never could. Anyone even question that see 'Passion'.

Season 3.
So many to pick from here, but The Mayor wins hands down. He was just so great. He was funny, intelligent and powerful, and in his relationship with Faith we also see he is actually loving, loyal and weirdly human. Honestly this guy wins my favourite Villain over all too🙂
Best episodes for him, in my opinion, 'Enemies' and 'Choices'.

Season 4.
Gotta actually give credit to Spike here.
I thought he played a blinder when he was spliting up the scoobies, his integration to the show as a permanant character was funny too with some of my funniest seens being from episodes 'Something Blue and 'A New Man'.
For his evil best see The 'Yoko Factor'/'Primeval'.

Season 5.
Without Doubt Glory.
About time we had a Villianess that we could have naughty thoughts over. Did anyone else here actually think it would have been ok to have had a brain suck, as long as there was other forms of suc....oops PG13 Board.
'Intervention' and 'Tough Love' are my favourites regarding this Beastly Beauty🙂

Season 6.
My favourite Villian here wasn't a Villain but the cause, it was Magic.
It was such a wonderful way to deal with the curse of addiction and in my mind the show picked the perfect character to deal with it.
I just loved Willows fall then hopeful salvation then descending further than before. Just a wonderful one.
So many episodes in this season depicting this, 'Bargaining', 'Smashed', 'Wrecked' and the 'Seeing Red' to 'Grave' grouping, but my personal favourite is 'Tabula Rasa'.

Season 7.
There is no getting away from this one, Caleb is the best.
He actually gave The First some credibility again, due to the fact he had power, charm and a touch of the macabre.
If it wasn't for his introduction then I honestly think that the last few episodes wouldn't have been as good as they were.....see who is glad that Firefly finished now!!!
'Dirty Girls' is definitely the one to watch for Caleb.

As much as it hurt, Firefly ending diefintely saved the end of Buffy. It was going to pieces until Caleb showed up, he was just what the season needed (if only he'd seen off a few more potentials).

I think The First was a cool idea but a bit wasted. I'd have loved to see him materialize in the finale for an awesome face-off with Buffy.
 
caleb was amazing, i actually enjoyed all of the big bads except Adam...Glory probably remains the best,.....

And what about the most tragic villian? Billy fordham? He is a truly amazing villian...
