When I watched seasons 1 - 3 premiere on Sky One, I really enjoyed it BUT due to reasons I missed season 4 SO I hired seasons 1 - 3 so I could catch up on the show so I understand where the show is at season 4 and I gotta say, I am a little bored.

I've mentioned the first two on another thread elsewhere, but here for your delectation are the following:

UFO - YouTube - UFO title sequence -- set in a secret base under a TV studio in 1980 though made in 1966/7.
The Prisoner - YouTube - The Prisoner - Opening sequence -- all-time classic TV set in the beautiful village of Portmeirion in North Wales.
Buffy (season 1 opening credits) - YouTube - Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 1 opening credits -- Can't believe nobody chose this!!!
M*A*S*H* - YouTube - suicide is painless - 4077th tribute -- wonderful stuff...
Mary Mungo and Midge - YouTube - Mary Mungo and Midge - Opening titles (1971) -- from my childhood and not really a theme tune more of a description of the show!
Willo The Wisp - YouTube - Willo the wisp (1981) -- wonderful toon from the early 80's (complete episode voiced by the wonderful Kenneth Williams).
Steptoe And Son - YouTube - Steptoe And Son Full Theme Song -- classic black and white British comedy.

My favorite theme song at the moment is probably the Battlestar Galactica theme:
