ok now I am just pissed off! Look at this whole thread, Ana you are acting like a freeking 4 year old, who bloody well cares? I mean when I got told I got disappointed but this is rediculas, now I know off alot of members who have either, decided not to go on or are really angry. I know you admins and mods are doing the right thing and now noones apreciating this, why dont you just ****ing get over it and get on with your lives!

Exactly.... some of you seem to be forgetting that we are all here because of our love for Buffy and Angel, and because we want to make good friends with people who share that same interest.

We shouldn't be here just to see if we can get a higher post count than the next member, it's not a competition.

As Magui has said it's the quality of the posts that matters not the quantity.

I can really understand why some boards don't display post counts at all, they really shouldn't be important.
 
Personaly i think that its a good thing, i see why you did it and i agree with you. I sure i was a little shocked at first, and a little disapointed that my post count had gone down but im fine with it. 😀
although i was a little suprised when i went into the Caritas forum and there were like no topics left lol 😀

Guys,we haven't lost our posts,they still exist,they are in the The Game Of Life...and another I want to say,this is a Buffyverse board,not a Caritas board,I think the Administrators are right about their deicision of merging Caritas and TGOL.
We are here to discuss the shows not to talk about our hair,boyfriends/girlsfriends,parents and whatever...we should say thanks becuase we are at least allowed to do it,...who cares if those posts don't count in the post count?,...The posts count isn't even so important

Hmm,one question: does Carpe Noctem count posts?,it seems to be like TGOL...not that it'd a trouble,...just curiosity😀
 
I have no problem with the re-organization of things, but seeing as you're redoing everything and creating new forums anyway, have you given any thought to adding another one to the Alternate Reality Forum so that the Game Of Life could still be for games, yet there could be something in there for less than serious disscussions, but not games?

Just an idea.
 
First of all, I completely support all the changes the mods are trying to set up. They are trying to make the boards better for all of us, not to mention having to pay for it. If the only thing you're worried about is a number telling people how much you've posted, then I'd seriously reconsider my motives for being here. And that comment wasn't just pointed at Ana, but to everyone who's upset over losing a number. And I've noticed that the post counts aren't even being shown anymore, so I guess I'm ranting for nothing. 🙂

Anyway, keep up the good work, mods. I totally support you. (Could I be anymore of a kiss-ass ...) 😉
