Did Faith have feelings for Buffy?

As a fan of the fuffy ship i was curious to know if anyone else saw this. To me it was blindingly obvious, but that could just be that i wanted to see it there. 🙂

Well, I wouldn't have cared if something did go on there...maybey it would have even been sexy...but as far as what I saw on screen I really don't think they were those kind of feelings...but now I will have to watch season three again in a different way... 😛

I think there was a friendship there to start with. And Faith, I think, made the most effort at first to start the friendship, before she went all evil. And Buffy really tried to help Faith when she needed it. But I think that was just friendship.

You could say they were soulmates but with a different sence. They were the only two people in the world to have exactly the same gifts, but to be absolutely opposite in the handling of them. One was light and one was dark....so they were two halfs of the same whole.

I don't know. I don't think Faith would turn down a girl, but I just don't get the 'I love you Buffy!' vibe from her. I just think they could relate to eachother a lot. That's what I liked about the whole Buffy/Faith dynamic.

Now I see S3 in a different light! Like Rocket said, Faith probably won't turn down a girl 'cause she's a bad girl, but maybe Faith wanted Buffy as a sister... a fellow Slayer to be bad with, but not in a sexual way ('cept with guys).

To me Faith looked at Buffy more like the older sister who got everything she wanted, like Jan and Marsha brady "Marsha Marsha Marsha!" in this case "Buffy Buffy Buffy!", even in Graduation Faith refers to buffy as a big sis "look at you, all dressed up in big sis clothes"

Buffy had everything Faith wanted to quote Christina A. "you got what I want, and I want what you got"

Maybe... there def was some tension between them, But I think it was all Faith no Buffy.

my opinion...

sexually?...no, but as a friend yes...i really liked faith more than buffy because of her attitude...buffys all like "its the wrong thing blah blah, im perfect" but faith was more laid back...and thats why i like her. dont get me wrong, i like buffy, but at times she did annoy me, i really wish that faith was the main slayer, "Faith the Vampire slayer" that would be tyte! i still think that their should have been a spin off with Faith...I dont think Willow and Faith would work at all....but if she was to like a girl in the show i think that it should have been Buffy.

If Buffy and Faith were to be together it wouldn't last long coz they would probably kill each other..
