buffy mod...don't need to do that...i can more than handle waggels queer ranting...
check this...i've refuted all yalls arguement about conventions with logic...if fox entertainment were in control of convention appearences...she would be at every large convention...marketing 101...get out the word about the product...even if she has control over her conventions...she could show her love for the fans and go once in a while...but she never goes...then willow says that her safety is in jeopardy...there is something called body guards...i'd take a professional body guard over any obsessive nerd...

You conlcude this based on what? Sarah's fighting? Where have you seen it? If it was on screen and not by stuntwoman, it was still acting, so where else have you really seen her fight?

See i don't believe that SMG should have to do any conventions, if Fox were in control, they could quite legitimiately not place her in conventions, because she's the star; over-exposure depreciates the value of the product perhaps more than under-exposure ever could; it keeps people guessing. SMG has has bodyguards; I think she has about 3, but the threat still looms large; any nut with a gun is no match for a bodyguard if you take your shot from a distance; I know what it's like to have a stalker and it makes everything you do feel like you're vulnerable, so why do more than you have to, just to make yourself feel more open and terrified?

Well I don't have the insights on this stalker and I dunno wether he was really like in a killer stalker or anything (not that you still have to be careful), so you may be right about her being cautious.
On the FOX thing, over exporsure may decrease the value of the product, nevertheless, a little more attending of conventions might give the product a more human touch to it, so that fans may feel closer related to the product.

Possibly, but I never had a "killer" stalker, and even so I felt scared to go out. I knew who it was, everything, but I felt completley paralysed by it; you don't someone to be sending you death threats for them to make you fear for everything.
Perhaps it would have given more of a human touch, but ultimaterly it as her right to retain, and as she works harder and longer hours being in almost every scene, personally I don't think it was unforgivable not to attend

I can relate to the stalker thing, it is very scary and it means that you can't relax not even in a familiar environment.
I don't see why she has to justify why she doesn't attend conventions. Yes it would be nice for the star to be there but its hardly a necessity. As for fees, I do think she could drop hers to attend but maybe its not as simple as that. Although Brad Pitt for example cut his fee considerably to appear in snatch, I know this is a movie and completely different circumstances.

1.type cast- buffy is doing those movies to try and get rid of her type cast as soon as possible . the difference between the 2 charactors is so big that it will get rid of the typecast faster and once its gone she can start doing movies that she wants(or she may be doing them because she likes it)when she films scooby-doo she can be with freddie and that is really good since as actors they dont get to be together to much

people may think black people make the sports world go round...but CBS paid $7 BILLION for the right to televise the NCAA for the next 5 years...of that 7 bill....none of that money ever ends up in the hands of the players...most of which are black...people may say that they get paid by their degree...but the graduation rates are atrocious for student basket ball players...some teams graduation rate among BLACK students are 0% every year...they don't get education...they end up with none of the money they really earn for the NCAA or their Universities...then they end up with a shitty job...YOU TELL ME IF THIS IS RACIST WILLOW...This is straight facts...delete it if you like...but it just shows how CLOSE MINDED YOU ARE....

good fan/bad fan- wasnt the best way to put my point. it came out wrong the way i should have put it was the majority of her fans are more concerned right know with the fact that the series is over then they are with the fact that SMG is having a difficult time right know with her career and how the end of buffy is affecting her
