I'm on season 7 now. Izzie is no longer on the show, she missed me at the beginning but not so much now. Also the episode of hostage taking was moving. And I like Lexie more and more
 
I'm only at Season 2, but I already know to never trust Shonda.

I have already been spoiled quite a bit over the years...back when I was 15 and the number of seasons aired was in the single digits, most of my year got into it for a while and that's all they talked about...it was torture.

I don't particularly like Meredith, she can be a bit of a PITA.

At the moment, my favorites are George, Izzy and Alex.
 
Just watched the musical episode. I didn't know there was a musical episode, so I was surprised. I'm not a fan of this episode.
First of all, I'm not a fan of the fact that the actors were singing songs known all over the world. I do not know but the interest of making a musical episode is still to write the lyrics of the songs yourself and not just sing a particular song that corresponds to a certain moment. It removes the charm I find. Then we put an episode like this after Callie and Arizona's car crash, bad idea ! And while I'm speaking of Callie/Arizona's relationship, I'm a fan, but can we please remove Sloan from that, I don't like this storyline with Callie being the mother of his child.

Yeah, the musical ep was a bit of a let down but damn Sara Ramirez has some decent pipes! I thought her vocals were amazing.

I love Mark Sloan and I love Callie Torres and I adore their friendship but yeah, the whole them-having-a-baby-together was weird (and it once again messed up the Mark/Lexie pairing which I loved). Plus I never liked that Arizona changed her mind about having a baby so quickly and was so on board with it, especially after such a big part of her and Callie's conflict in Season 6 was because she didn't want kids at all. I hated that they ret-conned her into not wanting kids because she thought she wouldn't be a good mum, whereas up until the Season 6 finale, Arizona had made it clear that she wasn't damaged or unsure of being a mother or broken from her brother's death, she just didn't want children.

Yeah, the Season 8 finale is so horrifying. I stopped watching after that 🙁 🙁 🙁
 
Didn't expect that for the finale 🙁. Good episode but no I don't want Lexie to die !! I read that's because the actress wanted to leave the show. It's unfair, I LOVE Lexie and I love her relationship with Mark. And I lost not only Lexie but also Altman (Teddy) and I like her too. Two characters that I love quit the show in the same episode !
I find that the series takes risks by killing a lot of main characters. It's something that can make me abandon the series. But what's interesting about Gray's Anatomy is that each time I get attached to the new characters. As with Izzie and Georges, I thought I would have a hard time without them but in the end I love Lexie, April, Jackson, Teddy and Owen as much as them

I LOVED Teddy so much and was so gutted when she left at the end of Season 8. I attempted to start Season 9 but just couldn't do it.
I heard Teddy is coming back in the new seasons. Not sure if for guest spot or as a member of the cast.

Now I think to Izzie, I'm sad. I miss her, I miss her relationship with Alex. And I hate Alex with Jo ! Sad ! But I can't be angry toward Shonda Rimes, I know Katherine Heigl leaved the show because she thought the series did not enough justice to her talent, she said she deserved better than that. Apparently she even refused an emmy award for that. She was a diva.. But we can't take off her her talent.

Arizona locked the door and chose to cheat on Callie ? Like seriously !!!! No, I loved her but there she really disapointed me.. She drops in my esteem. And all of that because of Peyton of course, breaking couple it's her thing ^^ ( understand those who understand)

wow. Had I known Amber was on the show, I might not have avoided it quite so assiduously. It always struck me as having all the worst qualities of soap operas, and none of the good ones... All this from following it exclusively in advertisements and teasers and catching the odd few minutes when it was unavoidable wherever I happened to be. Too much melodrama. But, I miss Amber. This image above looks really mournful, so I can only surmise she was not so happy, at least here...

OTH is also good in melodrama in fact. But that's teen melodrama whereas Grey's Anatomy is more adult melodrama. But it's still melodrama
The melodrama is what I like the most in this show, so yeah if you are allergic to that, don't give a shot to Grey's Anatomy. This is not for you 🙂

Wait what? I did not realize that the woman Arizona slept with was the same actress that plays Peyton on OTH. You're right, now it makes so much sense.
Competent people tend to lose their around "Peyton" hahahaa

I've watched Greys all the way through and am just now watch Buffy and Angel. I keep seeing people on Buffy who were also on Grey's.
