why are yall of the female gender hella ambiguous and like...mistrusting....and like...never honest...lol...some one's salty...

this is the thread for anyone to lay down why are gurls so confused...or argue to the contrary...either way...it should be hella interesting...

Gasm,
You have to understand that women and girls work from two very simple rules -
1. Everything men say is wrong
2. Everything men do is wrong
and a large majority also support the "all men are b*****ds" theory🙂😉

Well... I don't think this way...

It's not "all men that are B******s".... some of them are nice. 😀 Although, most of the time they are wrong about almost everything. LoL 🙂

What's brought this on all of a sudden?

Mr.Pointy I agree and I also support the theory '99,5% of men are b******s', which is a big improvement in my case (from 99,9 to 99,5%🙂)

Soulgasm-some girls really have reasons not to trust any guys...

BTW - my post above^^ was only meant in fun as a humourous way of kicking off Soulgasm's thread.

I do however believe (cliché time, folks🙂) that women are from Venus and men are from Mars (or however the pop psychology book title goes...) and us mere males will never understand women fully (or even partially in most of our cases😉) but I say "vive la difference" - it makes life more interesting...

I agree... we are different and you men have no chance of ever understanding us... the same way that we will never understand you men.

But, looking at it from a different point of view, regardless of gender, individuals will never really be understood by anyone that is not themselves! Does that make any sense? 🙂

Totally agree with ana8 on this one, some girls have been really burned by guys, some girls have been really burned repeatedly by guys. Maybe that's their fault for picking dumba$$ men, but that's probably alot of the reasoning behind these womens' mentality.

Yep,I agree with Jenny and ana8 on this, true, there are some guys that girls can trust, but they are very hard to find 😛 us girls are just very hard for guys to understand..

I as well think guys are more confusing then girls and the reason we are so mistrusting is cause alot of us have been done wrong in the past by someone of the male gender...and its hard for us to trust guys after that even though some guys are very sweet... I know alot of women who have had abusive fathers couldn't trust guys for along time after that...But there really aren't that many sweet guys out there any more and thats why basically we dont trust, we are mainly probley too afraid of getting hurt agian...and as for honesty most of us are honest about things...

That is so not true! lol (I know you are playing, Mr. Pointy!)

Gasm, there are those women who are not to be trusted but then there are those who can be...I suppose it goes with any thing in life...some experiences just might be different than others. But I do believe there are rare jewels out there...they just might be burried/lost/hidden. You need to go on a treasure hunt! 😀

Elmo...it does make sense...even we do not understand ourselves sometimes! 🙂

I do have to say that I believe honest and pure of heart/truly treasureable men and women are harder to find now-a-days. I don't quite know why...

Maybe I'm just weird...but I don't find men all that confusing. By far, it's women that are more confusing. Guys can be cruel, but so can women - and they're sneaky about it.

Well... I think we each our own...

a boys experiences on growing up is quite different from a girls, expecially in countries like America... there's a certain expectation on how to care for a boy and a girl...

kinda like there's "My Little Pony" for the girls and "Transformers" for the boys... from the cartoons we can already see the road splitting for boys ang girls and the road will only get further and further away as time grows making it nearly imporssibe to cross over to the other road from the one you're on...

i really don't understand girls... first they say one thing, the next minut they've changed thhey're minds, and we're suposed to guess that...and th pmt stuff...weird...
oh, and i loove when they always complain that alll guys are b*stards, but if there is one nice guy who really likes them they only like's him as a friend...girls seem to like only the bad boys that make them suffer...i really don't get them...

well elm's...i'm starting to learn through experience with these gurls....

this is what i know...gurls say they want funny....confident...smart...good looking...to be emotionally availble and shiz...

i also know this...gurls will take dumb any day over clever if dumb got money and a car...

gurls will take funny over marginally funny if mf isn't deep and shows no emotional depth....just cause its easier not to deal with baggage...

gurls will take tall over above average height any day...

gurls will take someone who isn't as loyal to someone that would kill for them...

gurls will take poser clothes over real muscle any day...

lol...i'm so falkin salty...i need to put her behind me...lol...i've been trying to do it for like...a month...but it ain't falkin working...

If you want to understand women, gasm ol' bud, just go at it like Jack Nicholson said in "As Good As It Gets". He played a writer who wrote romantic/adventure type novels and a woman asks him how he writes his female characters so well. His answer is something like I take a man, remove all logic and half the IQ, and I have my character.😉*** starts ducking as the shoes, tomatoes and hand grenades fly***

Seriously, now. I know, I've told this story before, but I think it bears repeating (ok, us old guys gotta repeat ourselves...).

A couple of years ago, I was puttering around the house on a weekend evening. I didn't bother to go to my high school reunion, which was scheduled that weekend, and about 830pm the phone rang. I answered, and it was, to my surprise, my high school girlfriend (we'll call her Julie). We were very serious, from grade 9 until halfway thru grade 12. She was smart, gorgeous and we were deeply in love...or so I thought. She dumped me out of the blue just after the start of 2nd term, and started to date the local shady guy/drug dealer/parttime student. You all know the type. When I asked why, she said, "You're too predictable and boring. I want some excitement...some sparks. I need an edge!" I'll admit, I'm a guy who likes routine to some extent, and structure, and I am a small c conservative type...I've got into my share of scrapes, but nothing serious, and rarely lawbreaking. I was devastated, but I dealt, drank beer with my football buds and got over it (then met the future Mrs. D!!). So, some decade plus later, here she is calling me. I knew she had married the guy in question, and she knew I had married Mrs. D (they knew of each other, had met once or twice). After the usual small talk, etc she asks, "I was wondering if you would like to meet me for drinks?" I said, "Let me check with Mrs. D. Is [edgy guy] up for it too?" She said that she had split from him, and she was thinking that just her and I would be going, no Mrs. D. Of course, Mrs. D is sitting right there listening, which wouldn't have mattered anyway if she hadn't been, so I said, "No, I don't think that's gonna happen". She sounded disappointed, and I just had to ask. So I said, "Why am I all of a sudden attractive again...I'm still boring and predictable. I thought you wanted to live on the edge?" She said that living on the edge was fun for a while, and exciting for sure, but it gets old...and it doesn't pay the bills, and provide food and a safe place to live, and those things got more important than living an edgy life. Boring didn't look so boring now after all. So I gently explained to her that if I had said "Yes" to meeting her, she would be setting herself up for the same crap she already had lived thru...I wouldn't have been the person she thought I was. She said she hadn't thought of it that way...she just wanted stability, and was willing to steal someone's husband to get it. I told her that you can't steal any man worth having...and I wished her luck.

The point, you ask? Just this...if you pick losers, you get losers. Ladies and gents, the good ones are out there. But if you're hung up on superficial crap like height (hmm, do you think the dwarfman has a chip on his shoulder), weight, income, looks, education or any one of 100 other things, and not looking at the person inside, you're doomed to failure, or worse. Am I advocating dating someone you find completely hideous, with bad body odour, a bad attitude towards the opposite sex and a job at Quicky Mart for life? No. But expecting a nurturing 6ft+ jock type (or an aerobically honed babe) with an MBA and a Fortune 500 career may be stretching it in the other direction too. You gotta make the prospective ones jump thru the hoops...but not too many (am I looking over at ana8? Maybe.🙂), and they gotta be the right ones...character, attitude, life philosophy, morals, ethics...not boobs, biceps and bankroll.

Gasm, man, I feel your pain. You'll deal, and you'll heal. It'll be hella hard 🙂 but you'll do it. And just when you give up looking...BOOM! She'll be there. Believe it, man, it'll happen!

KD - you are a truly wise man...we are not worthy...you should be "Dear Abby" (or should that be "Dear Dwarfy"?) to complement "Gasm Landers".
Gasm - listen to the Dwarfy bloke. Women do think differently to men and some do appear to be incredibly shallow (by no means all btw🙂) Embrace the differences and enjoy their infinite variety...it will get better.

KD - you are my hero. And this is one of the wisest statements I have ever heard:

I told her that you can't steal any man worth having

So so true.

Gasm - wow those are some statements, can I please just say they're not true of all woman? Really they aren't.

That isn't always true though....I mean expecially for girls that dont really date much because guys dont want to date someone who doesn't look like a super model...I mean i know alot of girls including myself and alot of their friends who have flaws some might have huge glasses that take up have their face with braces and are nothing but skin and bones....and no guy really wants to date them because they dont look good or some girls that are over weight but still might be pretty in the face... But no guy really wants to date her cause she is over weight...But those kinds of girls would like to date anyone....and alot of them would choose the sweet funny and smart guys over the good looking strong morons... and some girls dont mind if the guy might be a couple inches shorter then her...But i mean ok if y'all go looking for the really pretty egotistical model type women alot of them are shallow cause they want to be with someone who they think look as good as them...and I agree alot of gurls like unpredictable guys that can be bad boys it can be sexy and very interesting but there are alot of gurls who would rather be safe and feel loved and cared for rather then having some bad boy who will leave her in a second if some 5'5 blue eyed blonde haired curves in all the right places bombshell walked by and found him attractive..Some women are very easy to understand all they want is a nice sweet honest caring smart guy to love them....they dont care if he can buy them things or take them places...They just wanna spend time with a guy they really care about even if they are sitting at home curled up on a couch listening to music or something like that....we aren't all stuck up egotistical B*tches.....

Oh... a think I'm gonna cry...

KillerD... you are a lovely guy... and Mrs. D is a lucky lady! I can't think of anything else to say... (that's the first time that's happened).

You've touched a heart here... 🙂

Gasm - I feel for you honey... I really do. Just take my word for it that not all of us are like that. I hope you get over the hurt this woman has caused you. She sounds like a right Biatch! I'm sorry! 🙁 Take care honey. *hugs*
