And people aren't going to place any more weight on those posts than they would yours. The distinction is, the people that wrote those posts don't get sarcastic when called on it, and they don't make comments about how the human population should be culled.

If it was someone like 'Blondie Bear' then no one would have even questioned the simple 'no'.
Flannen didn't even comment on what the post said, just made some mildly bitchy comment about how it wasn't a post.
Also, if you have an issue with a post I put in another thread, comment on it there, don't just shove it into a post somewhere else.

Ther original post was a question - regardless of if the OP could be bothered looking up the answer or not, the question was asked and got the appropriate answer.
Do a bit of research and you'll see that when direct question is asked, then answered, the threads are closed.

Fourthly, I don't care who's hand you want to hold, your post contributed nothing to the thread. If you don't want to give evidence, or feel you shouldn't have to then don't. That's your prerogative. But it doesn't make your post any more useful.
It contributed the answer - if people want more than that, they should research.
I know that there are people who will read my post and it will either agree with their response so they won't bother OR they will see it as the actual answer and thats the end of the issue for them.
Don't generalise for everyone else because that just shows how arrogant and ignorant you are.
