It's a fearless battle coping with the terms of Buffy's last season, hehe... but with the penultimate stage set, Joss setting his eyes firmly on Firefly and the cast looking to scramble their acting certificates and mirror-made expressions for greener pastures, how have you dealt with the tragedy, contempt and shallow minded thoughts you throw at the many reasons we won't be looking forward to an eighth instalment? Are you at all that bothered, have you wept like a little child with a sore tooth or have you maybe gone to the extremes and threatened your own life, no laughing matter, lol... oops. 😉
Ok, well as for me i have yet to see all of Season 6, actually it's more like 14 ep's, yeah that much! Anyway i'm still moving humbly around the notion of trying to figure out what's happening there, while all you somewhat post-haste viewers try to neglect me of my adherence in squandering the thought of the many spoiler sections burdened across the boards. As for S8 though and my constant need to ramble, it's really nothing i can't see being relieved with S7 being the best yet. As in High Fidelity, "Is it better to burn out than to fade away?" Auspiciously i could go on to say an 8th season whatever the conclusion would be a nice prospect in knowing there's still another year of something I think everyone here has become something of an aficionado of, but more than anything it's a shame. 🙁
Anyway enough bitterness, keeping things mellow (Well if you have the audacity), please share your thoughts and how you think your going to cope with Buffy ending"¦ I still think Angel has some life yet being as it's in its teenage stages now (irony if ever the spoiler)? Will it be Buffy-fests till your eyes feel propelled enough to jump out their sockets and head for the door or will you just move on to next television filler? For me I fear Buffy is my last breath at teenage life and that I'll be plunged into the peril, yet chivalrous wastelands of adulthood once next years fully over. Like most fans my age though, at least I hold a whimpering smile amidst the courtyards of conformity, at least I know there's still a few butt-monkeys that will always hold a place for Buffy"¦ no matter how many Willow the Vampire Slayer trilogies they bring out. Abide and delve as ever.
