Mr Trick
Scooby
Hey guys and girls. I am Mr Trick. Originally I come from a Hell Hole named Peterborough (haven't heard of it? Didn't think so), but am currently based in the much more friendly, and culturally city of Brighton, where I am in the final year of a Film and Screen studies degree.
Buffy wise I have been a fan of the show for about four years now having got into it through watching the repeats on the Sci-Fi channel. My favourite character might be Spike, but the likes of Willow, Xander, and Drusilla all give him a run for his money. My favourite season is 3, and favorite episode over all is Restless. I like it because it was such a different, and creepy way to end the a season. I love the surreal and playful tone of the episode, and think they get the mix of light and dark just perfect. It is also a great episode because of the way it bookmarks a certain ending of a period of the show, while teasing some of what is still to come. And of course it reminded me of Twin Peaks which makes it cool too!
I am always trying to get new people into the show, including some of my class mates many who sadly are not clued up to its greatness. Mind you my Mum does like it which I guess just shows Buffy's broad appeal as she just turned 70 recently, and some of my tutors also love it.
Anyway, this seems a friendly place, so I look forward to posting here, and to making new friends.
