Welcome to the ranks of the Gainfully employed!
I do have some experience working as a cook, or, rather, "mess cook," as we were called in the Navy, before attaining my official rating as I C Electrician, and part of that duty was preparing breakfast for 250 men every morning, so I can give you this advice, some of which you almost certainly already know.
1) Allow yourself plenty of time to set up and be prepared for when the actual cooking starts.
2) Have all of your supplies ready and on hand. Running out of bacon in the middle of a serving line doesn't make for happy diners.
3) Believe it or not, it's actually easier to cook for 20 than it is for 2, because the measurement for ingredients isn't all that critical.
4) Be very sparing with seasonings, especially salt and pepper. Most people prefer to "fix" their own eggs to their particular taste.
5) If you cook it, eat it. If the cook won't even eat his own food, you can't really expect others to eat it, either.
6) Smile. Even when your back hurts, your fingers are burnt, and you've got an ingrown toenail that hurts every time that you take a step, act like you just love what you're doing. (That way, the boss will be more likely to promote you to some other job. Most bosses, whether they will admit it or not, are suspicious of anyone who enjoys their work too much, Still a happy worker will usually be dependable and actually want to be working. That usually impresses management)
Good luck.
