If you could ask/tell Joss any ONE thing what would it be?

Also to stop with the Bangel/Romeo and Juliet comparisons please, thank you.

Yes, I would ask him to please not say anything about Spuffy too. "Spike is the long term guy". Good grief, almighty 🙄

Also, I would ask him why he had to get involved in season 5 of Angel and why he stole the best Angel writer, Tim Minear.

I'd tell him to make the Buffy & Angel Blu Ray steelbooks we're all waiting for. Also thank him for the great shows.

I'd be like, 'cheers mate', and carry on. Like in the same manner of speech, say, if he'd held the door open for me.

I would ask him how he can live with himself knowing he killed Fred. But actually if I met Joss I'd be too excited to bring that up, so I'd probably just thank him for creating the greatest show in tv history.

You might want to check out the (canon) season 10 and 11 comics.

I would have too many things to say to him to decide, so I'd probably just ask him why he seems to have decided to spend so many years of his creative life as a hired gun, telling stories for other people's characters and worlds instead of his own. After all the money the Avengers movies made he could have gotten any passion project he wanted greenlit, but instead... he's gonna make a Batgirl movie. Which I'm sure will be good, but it will be a DC corporate franchise property... not his.

Fool for Buffy
Fool for Buffy
I've read the comics I know what happens. That doesn't change anything.
The first thing I would do, before asking him anything, is to kick him the jewels. Then I would tell him that that was for his BS excuse of focus on Spike during and post AR because we shouldn't 'demonize rapists'.

The second thing I would tell him is to stop tweeting or anything else he is doing and get a couple years of therapy.

I know it sounds as corny as hell but I'd say thank you for creating Buffy and all those wonderful stories and characters, and I'd ask if he was okay and if he wasn't I'd ask it there was anything I could do to help. I just feel like I owe him for giving me this show 🙂

I would've told him not to split Sprusilla up. I'd ask him to split Spike into an evil Spike and a good Spike, Buffy can keep good Spike and Drusilla can get evil Spike.

Hmm. Everything I have read seems to say that Joss' is not a great judge of his own work. His commentary on his shows are often pretty meh to me. He is certainly not alone on this; most artists are not the best judges or evaluators of what they have done.

To wit if I had the opportunity to say anything to Joss I'd probably ask nothing. Maybe I'd say thank you for the wonderful shows, but that would be all.

I'd have to thank him for creating a show that continues to bring me joy and inspiration, and also for inspiring my writing. I truly feel that from Buffy I've learned a lot about what it means to tell a story and to lead characters down a road that the audience may not want, but that the character needs.

I don't like him as a person, so I would just ask him to give us a proper Blu-ray release of both the Buffy and Angel series. It always makes me sad that people barely remember/mention Ats.

I heard the re-mastered BTVS were a horrible mess on Netflix. I never saw them because I have hulu and old DVDs.

I'd ask him if his mother were still alive would she be proud over some of the things he's said and done.
