I really love that - it's one of my fave photos of Eliza too! 😀

And yes, personally speaking, unless you want a transparent background or to animate, then it's best to save your files as jpgs if you can't use pngs.

Some time ago I used to save my work as pngs, but the file sizes were alot larger than jpgs, plus they do take longer to load, and as long as you save the jpgs at no less than 70% quality, then they come out just as good as pngs anyway. 🙂
