No I don't think she is THAT forgiving.
Spike-did she actually forgive him or just give into him. She always seemed lost with Spike. Like she wanted more, like she wanted Spike to replace Angel. That to me isn't forgiving. It's breaking in.
Faith- I fail to see how trying to murder someone and then retaining all the hatred for them is forgiving someone. She didn't forgive Faith. When Faith was in prison she go see her? Nope. When Faith came back in Season 7 and helped her did she seem friendly and welcoming. Nope. To me Buffy just used Faith as another Slayer to lessen the load she had to slay, but didn't ever forgive her on a personal level. Buffy didn't care for Faith as a person the minute Faith tryed to get close to Angel.

Yeah, it had nothing to do with Faith sexually violating her, trying to literally torture her to death, punching her mom in the face, etc.
