Is Faith bisexual

I do not think Faith is bi at all! No, no, no... She's wayyyy to quick to jump in the sack with a man, and she's never flirted with girls before. As far as Faith's attraction to Buffy, at first, I always kind of read that as more of an attraction to her power as a Slayer, not Buffy herself.

No, I don't think so. As someone has stated before (I'm too lazy to check who it was, sorry!), they certainly had a connection that transcended simple friendship, but I think it was more Slayery than sexual.

As far as the little heart she drew on the window, well...it's a doodle. She does doodle. You, too. You do doodle, too.

LOL Love you for quoting one of my favorite Willow lines. :)

classic line, that's has made me laugh and spray tea everywhere! Well done!
RE:

I think the entire show was sprinkled in bisexual undertones. That being said, I do think there was an unspoken attraction between the two slayers. It's possible it may have stemmed from the fact that Faith could never find a man that could dominate her. I'm sure Buffy's strength and the fact that she challenged her was a big turn on. Not to mention we all know Faith associates sex with violence, and the two slayers fought side-by-side all the time. But I have to agree with BOTD, I think that everybody is bisexual to a certain extent.

Stupid Karma comment kicked me of while I was writing yours Kaylee.

I also believe that there was an attraction to the power - she wanted someone that could hold something over her.

Ohh and Kaylee - that is one sexy banner

She does come forward sometimes, as a bisexual.
I can't deny that she probaly is openminded (sex is sex eh?)
But I think she mainly is going for the men

Maybe she's bi curious.... Buffy's the only girl on the show she's ever had that kind of vibe with... Either way I doubt Faith would ever be fully bisexual or lesbian. She loves men too much.

always got that vibe of faith and there is just something about how she is with buffy, especially in angel were she was thinking how she would make things right with her again, i think never say never as said previosuly she never found a man that could match her in anyway and i doubt she would kick buffy outta bed, doesnt mean shes bisexual shes just a sexual being, sex is sex to her and gender isnt an issue

I'd like to think she was 😉 .But unfortunately i think Faith was straight. I think the attraction between Buf and Faith was Faith envy'd and wanted to have what Buf had cause of reasons like; Faith felt lonely.

^Faith was lonely. No doubt that she wanted a life like Buffy's. Friends, boyfriend, steadyness.
But Faith was kinda out on a path where it was too late to settle. It's not her style to take it easy.

I think what Faith was attracted to in Buffy was the power and the popularity. Those were two things that Faith seems to have always wanted, and yet was always denied.

She did have power, as a Slayer, but she was always overshadowed by Buffy. Buffy was, and is, THE Slayer. Faith was just secondary.

Faith is attracted to people whom she views as tough, strong and powerful. At the same time, she also wants a normal life. So while she may be eager to dominate those who are above her, because she hates being below, and it comes across sexually (I think that line between sex and domination and aggression is very blurry when it comes to Faith), she also would not swing toward women. That much, I believe is evidenced by her comment concerning Willow... it was said in an almost condescending way. Not that she herself looks down on Willow, but that she could never do what Willow did.

Faith can be seen as many things while not being them. She can be seen as heartless and evil, but I really do not believe that she is. As evidenced in Angel. There's the saying, don't judge a book by its cover... don't judge Faith by how she comes across. She can be extremely brutal and honest, but she's got many layers there hiding the true Faith, and they only really started peeling after she and Angel had a long talk together.

Faith is not, never has been and never will be gay or bisexual, shes stated so herself.

She's never said never. Things change. You don't know that she will never be with a girl.

No, I don't think Faith is bisexual. Neither is Buffy. Interpret that however you care to...

Hmm well 100% straight people don't tend to sleep with people of the same sex.

Buffy is obviously not 100% straight.

They have been known to in college; it is called sexual experimentation. They also experiment with the drugs and drinking, does not mean they have addict qualities about them. Some college students experiment with the schooling too.. but so far those are just rumors.

Buffy never had freedom; her growth was stunted, for her to experiment now does not seem too far of fcourse. I would hesitate to say she is not 100% straight.

Granted I think the whole scene was for publicity of the mag, so the whole topic seems rather moot to me.

If Buffy was 100% straight she wouldn't have slept with a woman in her 20's.

She obviously felt something towards Satsu (sp?).

I just think that is a generalization. But I am not going to set and argue about what goes on inside the mind of a comic book character.

and I am sure she did, she saved Buffys life afterall with a kiss of true love. I am sure Buffy felt something, she would have to be cold hearted not to have. But again, that doesn't she wasn't "100% straight"

Yet you are on a board about fictional TV characters.

Comics or not, they are still canon.

I'm talking about an attraction. Why would Buffy sleep with someone who she is just not attracted to? She obviously felt slightly attracted to her at the least.

I think I love you and everything about you...except Billie Piper. I like her alright but you can have her, I am more a Catherine Tate fan after her magnificent year!
