Is Joss whedon racist towards the English?

I'm one more in the who/what/where camp ? Perhaps the question was meant as a joke. No one could think Joss to be anti-British or anti-Anglo. There is not a shred of evidence supporting that view in anything he has written or produced.
 
Looking at the title of this thread, it wouldn't be racist if he was. It would be more xenophobic. Or not understanding of a different culture, since the British typically tend to the same ethnic groups that Americans are (White, Black)

on the subject that JW is a british racist... i don't really see in what way he is sepouse to be that 😉
