I can't think of any phrases I say too much, either online or IRL, but I use 😛 and -.- way too much.

And ... is usually my response when people say weird or nonsensical things, so I use that a lot 😛
 
When I'm working and not allowed to swear in public I say 'fiddlesticks'. Since I am clumsy and a bit ditzy I end up saying it a lot
 
There' actually a Buffy line I just realized that I use a lot in real life; "Well someone grew up in a culture free environment" comes across surprisingly a lot when I'm with my friends.

I say "like a steel trap" sometimes! haha one of my favorite buffy phrases
It's recently been pointed out to me that I've started over-using the phrase "too precious for this world." I can't stop.

I also tend to use "cannot" and "do not" instead of their contractions so much that I've been told it sounds weird. But I use them for emphasis... and I think it sounds 'normal.'

I also use the f-word quite frequently

I thought everybody avoided contractions when emphasising. Maybe it's just us, then
I overuse all the time "haha", "so", "like", "you see", "wow", "no way" and then I always have 'the new sentence of the moment that I say all the time'. Right now it's "Patience, young Padawan".
