I've read in many places that James is set to make a visit to the Sharon Osbourne show on Monday April 26th. Hopefully it's not another mistake like the Ryan Seacrest show turned out to be, So keep an eye out for that one🙂
 
JM to tape Sharon Osbourne Show on 4/26

A little more detail from a post by Teep (reposting with her permission). She is trying to find out if it will be the 3PM or the 7PM taping. I'm not sure when the show will be aired, though. I don't think that they air the shows on the same day that they tape them.

Just got word from a producer on Sharon Osbourne that James will be taping a segment with Sharon on April 26. If you are interested in getting tickets, the information is located below.

"Taping will be at 7pm on 4/26. If interested, call 323/491-2022 and ask for Margeritte. Be sure to mention SavingAngel. Still waiting for info on air date... "


Also, from aresnz on TJMF and other boards, she posted the following today:
"OK..Just found out that James will be at the 7PM taping on the 26th and the show, as of now, will be broadcast on April 29."

It's confusing! I just got a response email from Teep, and she had gotten a message from one of the show's producers that it will be aired on the 28th of April! I guess that we'll just have to check closer to time and watch both days. 😉

I just found out that GOTR (Ghost of the Robot), the rock band that James fronts for, will be playing on the Sharon Osbourne Show when James is appearing! ::dance::

So, if you've never gotten to see or hear them sing and play, now's your chance! 😀

Taping on Monday 4/26 and airing on Wednesday 4/28!

That answers the question about what day James will appear on the Sharon Osbourne Show, lol! The air date was confirmed by James' manager, plus by Teep and aresnz (LoriBeth) who have had contact with the show.
 
ok, now, i have seen it a few times her show, and she's pretty funny, only i dont know what time or channel, :😛?::
and i never thought i'd get to see GOTR play i'm so excited 😀 i wanna tape it ::love::

i missed james on the sharon osborne show ::grrr2:: anyone, think they can find me a clip of the show ::change:: and hopefully something that can play on real time player/windows media player(what i have) ::mmm:: much thanks 😉

Thanks for that clip Magui, because me, being the idiot I am, was thinking I must tape this right before I left for school, then I got sidetracked, and guess what I forgot to do? Tape it....
 
I'm getting ready to order the ghost of the robot cd from their website because of that clip. A very cool performance that reminded me slightly of the smiths for some reason. That was the first time, other than the musical episode of buffy, that i'd heard james sing, and i'm very impressed. It's funny how you can think of someone being great for one thing and forget that there is so much more to them besides that one thing.

As James said on the Sharon Osbourne Show, they are trying more of a British sound on the new songs, which may be why you are reminded slightly of The Smiths. 🙂 Be aware, though, if you are ordering their first album, "Mad Brilliant", that it is very different than what you heard on the show. I really like it, but it's a unique variety of songs/styles and not as "polished" as they now sound. As James has said, "Mad Briliant" was a little rough, but showed potential. I think that they have improved since then. 🙂

They are releasing an EP during their European tour in May which has the song, "It's Nothing", that they played on the Sharon Osbourne Show, plus 4 other songs. I can't wait until the release of their new, full length album "Gods of the Radio" which should be out in the fall. 😀
