Does it make it clear whether she was called after had Robin? Someone once speculated it's likely the WC would have forced an abortion if she got pregnant being called. Either way, we don't know that she got pregnant whilst she was a Slayer.
 
They get called young so she'd have had to have been REALLY young when she had him if she got called after. She didn't look that young to me. It seems unlikely a slayer could be forced to have an abortion, at least not one like Nikki or Buffy. Maybe one like Kendra; she seemed more of a company girl.

Does it specify the age they are called? I thought there was a range from about 15 to 18 give or take.

As for forcing a Slayer to have an abortion? If they dampen their powers and force them face a vampire, they can do anything as far I'm concerned.
 
That would be sad if they did. I know they're the Watcher's Council and everything, but wow... That would be an absolutely horrible thing to force a Slayer to abort a baby.

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised. These were absolutley ruthless SOBs. I doubt many of them really considered Slayers and as people.
 
Buffy loves many people but she doesn't give them the "get out of jail free" card like she does with Spike. She understands that now he has a soul and he tries to do good but being so tolerant of his actions seems a little unnatural to me.

And also, Slayers are supposed to be alone fighting for their cause. But I doubt any Slayer would stop taking care of her child just for her mission. I really admire Nikki for having the courage to be both a mom and a Slayer. That proves that she loved Robin.
