Life sucks

Life sucks When ya do the nightly matress check for spiders, but only find a solitary spider leg. And then get into bed and rip the sheets when a toe gets stuck in a hole. And then the heater breaks down. And then it hits 0C at midnight. And then there is 6 more hours til dawn.

Not to mention the tale of the apple you've just bitten into and found half a worm with a tooth mark on it.

Worms are probably protien though right 😉

Life sucks when the mosquities bite bare feet.

It might depend on what type of worm it is.

As for mosquito's annoying little beggars ain't they, mind you I bet you've never experienced one that has bitten your bum whilst you've been out shopping and luckily so, scratching that itch whilst out shopping could appear to be a tad embarrassing.

I had lemons in my fridge for so long that the taste infused with my butter. Now everything from vegemite on toast, to mashy tatoes is tainted with a hint of lemon tang 🙁

I was working (for free) till late last night and it has messed with my body clock and now I feel like shit. Like a hangover, but it's not a hangover.

Also, did a sneaky weigh in before my proper weigh in tomorrow and I haven't got to where I wanted so now I'm grumpy and hungry.

Oh for a big washing machine that you can adjust the agitator so you can either do the clothes or do the dishes. Keeps them out of sight as well.

🙁 🙁 the new rabbit virus is active on the farms. It lives in the soil, on shoes and is spread by insects. All hay grown on farms is possibly deadly. My yard has wild rabbits in after the shire ripped off my rabbit proof fencing along the front. Even my home grown veg is at risk of killing my babies.

This virus is untested long term and the vaccine is causing pet deaths. Wild rabbits eventually build up an immunity, but pets do not. They have been releasing viruses like this since the 50's. Isnt the definition of insanity doin the same thing over and over and expecting different results? The region has already suffered irrepairable damage even before the strains become active in late spring! The population recovers every time...

I told the pub to start aiming for rabbits on their drives home. For some stupid reason the town thinks I want to save wild bunnies. I do not. I just want my pet bunnies to live! The virus liquifies their organs and kills animals in a horrific and painful way. Surely we are smarter than releasing untested live viruses into food growing districts? Apparently not. I am scared for my sweet little bunnies but will give them a life of luxury until their time of passing. Its too stressful to keep them safe, so once they pass, I will likely no longer be able to keep pets 🙁

Imagine the response if this virus was aimed at cats?

Ug, and if they've been doing it since the 50s then it sounds more like a scam, that is they get funding...which means they don't want it to work, at least not too well (but probably well enough).

As if cats would make a difference, we are talking of the most violent and horrific creature here: humans.
I purchased sour milk for the 3rd time from the local store 🙁 at $5 for 2L and one glass made me sick, I gotta stop shopping there.

Okay, so you didn't like the glass, but what about the milk?
My dear evil Nix,
if you lived on a houseboat you could take out the plug and fill the boat to a specific level then chuck in the laundry powder then jump up and down numerous times, to clean the clothes. If you lived on a submarine you could drop to the bottom of the canal and take the bottom plug out to wash all dirt from it, if it refuses to surface put the plug back in.

If you want to know what the submarine I am thinking about go to You Tube and type in the address bar Patchwork Far Canal.
Don't say far canal as one word though, because it is rude.

My sister broke her leg/ankle at a concert I bought her a ticket to, and now has to get a steel plate and screws inserted into her leg to stabalize the bone.

Was it a metal concert? Her injury sounds like something that would happen in the pit. I'm really curious about this.

I feel very sapped of energy. I got up, filmed for half an hour, went to the shops, bought food, came home, and needed to go back to sleep. So frustrated by my body refusing to do what it should.

Nightly spider check?! 😨 I might have to reconsider my plans to live in Australia.

I live in a wooden country cottage, the sealed boxes of the city are safe (mostly)
Dives into puddle on my left and starts to swim, just in case. You can be friends with someone but to close is to close.

PS: The puddle I dived into is the Indian Ocean
