Hey everyone! I am a TOTAL LOTR freak, and maybe there are some others on this site! I was just wondering what your favorite part of ROTK was. Mine was...well I can't choose. But i really liked when Pippin sang to Denethor, and when Arwen and Aragorn got reunited. It brought a tear to my eye lol
 
HAHA! I got to miss a whole day of school to see this movie for a field trip...we read it in English...and surprisingly, I enjoyed the movie...I wasn't a fan of the first two....but I liked this one...don't think I could pick a favorite part...I like Shadowfax, I'll just stick with that...lol
 
OMG im a big fan too!....my fav part was the whole Eowen, Theoden and the witch king...that was awsome.
I couldnt stop crying in the movie
 
OMG i am such a HUGE LOTRfreak as well yey!! 😀 i am nit sure that i could pic a fave part but if i had to i would say that it was err... it was when Pippin was singing to Denenthor.
 
I thought that it was dead sad at the end as well when Frodo went away with the Elves i cried at that part hehe 😀
 
Ya, Eowyn was really a bit weak in TTT, but she totally rocked in ROTK!!! "I am no man!" haha, go Eowyn!

Its too bad I didn't even get into LOTR until AFTER the premiere...I could have rallied w/ the other dorks in town and gone in costume! Maybe as an Uruk...or Treebeard!

and wicka, i cried at that part tooo!


And also...who thinks Eomer looks hot in that helm he wears :: red ::? lol
 
My favourite part was Pippin singing to Denethor in Minas Tirith while Faramir goes on his suicide mission. Its so sad. I love that song and I listen to it all the time. Its on the 'Steward of Gondor' track if anyone has the soundtrack.
 
The scene that did it for me was when Aragorn, after his coronation, told the Hobbits "YOU bow to NO one......." and then proceeded to bow to the Hobbits.....along with everyone else. Just a wonderful moment.
And that's when my girlfriend pretty much lost it for the rest of the movie.....lol......
 
I enjoyed it a lot, there was probably less artistic licence taken with this one than the others which was cool. I liked the part where the Witch King said "I Will Break Him."
still, umpteen million later and the movies aren't a patch on the book.
 
I wasn't a big fan of the first one but one i saw all 3 i started to like them a lot more.

I actually can't remember much of ROTK. I don't know why, but @ the end everyone was sad and i was sitting their grinning, but then i laughed @ godzilla.
 
I'm pretty sure I missed Godzilla...lmao, pretty sure he did not make a cameo....oh, I have an English project were I have to make a character diary, and I'm using Eowyn...
 
yay eowyn! good choice! but you shoulda used...SAURON! Being a giant, disembodied eye has to be interesting...

the Silmarillon...I'm almost positive it keeps coming up in my Elvish tutorial...but I'm not really sure what it is...would you like to enlighten me?
