I voted for Angel.
He was Buffy's first love and there will never be anyone that will come close to the way she loved him. Although I was devestated when Angel left I think it gave buffy the opportunity to mature.
Riley was just rebound guy. I think that Buffy cared about him, but she never loved him completly.
I'm still trying to make up my mind about Spike!!! I totaly agree with Angel'sLuv, having a soul does not automatically make you a good person. But I think he does love Buffy in his own way.
 
I completely do not understand how B/A shippers can say Spike is so horrible for trying to rape Buffy when they support B/A! When Angel didn't have a soul, he tried to KILL Buffy, NUMEROUS times, as well as tried to kill her freinds! You are really being hypocrites! If Angel is automatically good when he has a soul, and he shouldn't be blamed for any of the stuff he did when he was soul-less, then neither should Spike! At least Spike was capable of loving Buffy without a soul! There are many times when he didn't have a soul that he tried to help and comfort Buffy and save her life. But when Angel doesn't have a soul he completely forgets his love for Buffy and just tries to murder her! B/S is the true love!
 
It is soooooo Mr.Hottie in black duster (hmm...i better narrow it down) without the bleach and with that tradmark brood. Spike is a great character now, but was better before he became all 'tortured soul guy' .

I don't think she's really truly found the love of her life yet. But if she has then it would probably be Angel, even though I like Spike better.

Spike is pathetic and Riley's clueless. Buffy and Angel share a kiss in "End of the Days". Soulmates to the end!:: inlove :: inlove :: inlove 😀
 
if u'd asked me this question years ago I would have said Angel and i wouldn't have argued.i don't know anymore in truth i think she does love spike but he will never have the love with her that she shared with angel
 
Riley was too normal and regular Joe like and he could'nt understand that some demons are good, kind and caring
Angel was Buffy's first love and there is always something there with first loves.... but they've moved on and they aren't in each others worlds anymore
Spike loves Buffy and would do anything for her..... he has proved that many a time.... in S6 Buffy used Spike.. yes.. but there is something there i believe and she has to come to terms with her feelings

As Spike say's to Riley "She need's a demon in her man.."

Riley was just the rebound guy.. nothing more nothing less his charcter was stupid and did'nt fit well into the show.. to me anyway.....

I could'nt choose out of the poll so i put them in charcter order of who is more compatable in my view.....
 
kinda agree

i do think that angel and buffy were each other "love of my ife" but thats over if you read any interviews with the producers and stuff they all say that relatiionship is definitely over and done with. so im going to stick with spike now and plus if the spuffy relationship was all about sex why would spike go and get a soul if he didn't love her and buffy does love spike

Well, as much as I love seeing Spike and Buffy as a "couple", Angel and Buffy were definitely meant for eachother. However, who knows? It might turn in a different direction if Buffy let out some hidden feelings. 😉
 
hmm.. Angel.

although i voted Angel (coz they wre just SO cute together) i think that:

the Love of her life = Angel
the Best for her = Riley.
 
Riley was sweet, but I think he loved her more than she loved him.

Spike is the one I think she'll end up with. They work together pretty well. Chemistry and all.

But Angel's her soul mate. *sigh*
