Michelle Trachtenburg "17 Again" Trailer

We saw the long preview when I took my daughter to see "HSM3" and it looked really good. We'll probably go see it, too, 'cause my daughter is in love with ZAch Efron. 😛

Michelle looks so weird with that dark hair.

And meh, maybe I watch the movie because of her (Buffy alumni are always good), but the movie itself looks rather boring.

The preview we saw in the theaters was a little longer and it seems like it's gonna be pretty funny... I want to see it. 🙂
 
I wanna see it! I only don't like Zac Efron too much, but he seems ok in the trailer. Anyway as I "get" the story, I hope the 17 year old dad (Zac) won't end with his daughter. Cuz that'd be disgusting 😀.

I think it´s safe to say that that won´t happen. But you never know if the daughter gets intrested or not but it´s not like anything "big" is gonna happen. A small kiss at worst even if I doubt that too.

I do have a soft spot for these kind of movies. 13 going on 30, Freaky friday, Vice Versa on so on so I´ll definitely watch this at some point. But I highly doubt I´ll watch it at the cinema.

Zac Efron looks nothing like Matthew Perry. I guess it looks kind of amusing, if it's crap I can always hold out for some incest action. (jokes)
 
You know what, I hate to admit it, but I am going to watch this.
My problem with Efron is more about his fans than him personally, and well, Michelle is not Dawn so lead actor-wise, I don't see a massive problem. The story could actually lead to some funny situations. It looks all nice and happy and sunny, ergo, a good film to watch on a rainy day when I'm in the mood to make cocktails.

I think Michelle is supposed to be a bit 'alternative', with the black hair and clothes and nailpolish. That's interesting, because usually girls in this genre are either popular or trying (and succeeding) to be.

I refuse to watch it alone, though. It is after all one of those sleepover-with-a-bunch-of-15-year-old-girls film. *Makes puppy dog eyes at Cangel*
 
It looks ok i guess...personally i can't stand Zac Efron...he just really annoys me!! But my best friend looovveees him so we'll go see it together...she gets to see Zac Efron and i can see how Michelle does 🙂

17 Again was a GREAT movie! I don't like the HSM clique but he was really good in this role.. His big crying scene really made me sad. I really liked that they were a teen parent high school sweetheart couple too, although I can only imagine what kinda flack that's guna catch for "promoting teen pregnancy" and all that crap.

Anyway, Michelle was pretty interesting.. There were some parts that were less than pleasing but I really did see an improvement and maturity in her acting. Not that I'm an expert or anything but we all know it's pretty easy to see who sucks and who doesn't kinda thing.
 
I love this film. I think Zac Efron is grogeous and if he came back as my dad I would have serious problems not fancying him lol. There were some very funny parts in this film and like Spuffyy said, some sad parts. There's one very cringe worth scene that Michelle is in, but I think she pulls it off well.

Its a must see for people who like romcoms 🙂
 
I absolutely loved this film. I went to it expecting to see a cheesier reworking of Freaky Friday but what I got was so much better. Zac Efron really surprised me, I'm not afraid to admit that I am a fan of his in the musical/dancing sense but I never thought much of his acting abilities until this film. He did really well and I thought Michelle Trachtenberg was wonderful as always. The movie itself was MUCH better than I had expected and I absolutely loved it!
