You know what, I hate to admit it, but I am going to watch this.
My problem with Efron is more about his fans than him personally, and well, Michelle is not Dawn so lead actor-wise, I don't see a massive problem. The story could actually lead to some funny situations. It looks all nice and happy and sunny, ergo, a good film to watch on a rainy day when I'm in the mood to make cocktails.
I think Michelle is supposed to be a bit 'alternative', with the black hair and clothes and nailpolish. That's interesting, because usually girls in this genre are either popular or trying (and succeeding) to be.
I refuse to watch it alone, though. It is after all one of those sleepover-with-a-bunch-of-15-year-old-girls film. *Makes puppy dog eyes at Cangel*
