Moments that scared you, creeped you out

Willow's expression after Tara's death. It was scarier as when she got all black & veiny later. It's so devoid of all emotions, completely numb. The opposite of Willow. AH is a great actress. I wish she would have taken more Drama roles instead of a sitcom.

Gnarl - even if he was a Gollum imitation. The German tv-version is censored. You don't see how he peals her skin off and eats it. I freaked a little as I watched the original months later. Didn't expect that.

Buffy in "The Body". Also a great actress. I'm sad she couldn't take up her success after the show had ended.

When Anya cuts her face in "Restless".

Xander in "The Pack". Nick did the evil "creepy stalker/hunter stare" really good. I almost wish he'd died for a short time so that the First Evil could have impersonated him. Evil!Xander has potential.

The Hellmouth creature in "Prophesy Girl". I couldn't decide if it's creepy or funny.

Angel, when he tries to suffocate Wesley.

Usually when Wesley made advances on Fred.

Death in "Killed by Death".

When Spike threatened Willow with the bottle in "Lover's Walk" and then let her console him.

Spike's attempted rape on Buffy.

Angelus in general.

Dark Willow screaming like a banshee. It just terrifies me especially when it cuts to black then fades back to her screaming. Another is Xander's eye being gouged out.

Jasmine, and not only her true form. Her entire behaviour and the fact that she can make (almost ?) everyone worship her. Also she said some things like "if you love the same woman, it unites you", which I would have said, mean them and consider them nice, which is even more creepy somehow. All in all Jasmine gave me nightmares. Although I am fan of horror and slasher movies, as well as of the biblical book of revelations and normally not affected by movie-monsters.

That scene in season 7 when the demon is eating Willow's flesh is truly cringe worthy. Also, both scenes between Spike and Willow, one in Lover's Walk and the other in season 4 (don't know the episode), are disturbing. The way Spike is trying to bite Will but she ends up comforting him... The gentlemen are also creepy.
