I love scores so much. Sometimes, they can make the movie or TV show. Some of my personal favorites come from movies like The Others, Slumdog Millionaire, Romeo & Juliet (the 1996 version, with Dicaprio), and many more. I adore the Buffy scores as well. Christophe Beck can do no wrong. But personally, Hans Zimmer is the score master. I mean, he can turn a craptastic movie into something amazing with his magic touch. He's a genius. Requiem For A Dream was actually a piece by Clint Mansell, composed for the film of the same name, but Hans Zimmer added his touch to it. It was used in the Dark Knight film trailers, and it surpasses the original, IMO.

I like the Assassin's Creed soundtracks and I usually get songs off Being Human US.

I will admit Skyrim's scores make me feel like a freakin boss, especially when I level up. 🙂

This is currently one of my favorites:
The score of The Usual Suspects composed by John Ottman. Such a beautiful piece of music and a really, really great film!

Being A former band geek, I love TV/movie scores & soundtracks. I have all of the Buffy & Angel albums as well as playlists I've made myself of music not found on the albums. I adore Bear McCreary and have several of the Battlestar Galactica soundtracks as well as Caprica. I just downloaded some tracks off the new Underworld Awakening soundtrack. I'm a big Aimee Mann fan and her songs have been featured in a number of films, most notably Magnolia. And when the new Avengers albums are released, you can bet I'll be downloading them! I begged for the Muppets soundtrack for my birthday, but I nobody obliged. *pouts*

I love the score to the Danny Boyle film Sunshine. Not a huge fan of the movie, but I keep watching it just for the music. Anything by Hans Zimmer is awesome and like everyone else I have the LOTR on my mp3 player at all times.

The Metroid Prime OST is really interesting... Especially if you like ambient with a little more going on.

I absolutely love movie and TV soundtracks. Some of my favorites include The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Beautiful Thing, Titanic, Back To Titanic, Once More With Feeling, Buffy The Vampire Slayer: The Score, Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back, Return Of The Jedi, Jurassic Park, Sweeney Todd Broadway Cast Recording, Hairspray, Burlesque, Beauty And The Beast, Latter Days, Moulin Rouge, Walk The Line, and Xanadu. Just to name a few. 🙂

Cannibal Holocaust also has one of my favorites, I'm not a big fan of the movie itself but soundtrack is crazy awesome!

I've never really been a fan of listening to orchestral scores on their own, but other ones I enjoy, like the dirty dancing one, rocky horror as well

I love any John Williams soundtrack, especially Star Wars, Harry Potter and Superman. John Williams is a genius. 🙂

And I know I've already mentioned Star Wars, but "Battle of the Heroes" from episode III is just epic and spine chilling. I've been listening to it a lot lately.
