Honestly, I cried more at the death of Gamora, and I'm not even a big fan of Gamora. I thought it was going to be Hawkeye, but I haven't really enjoyed Black Widow since Winter Soldier. She's had some good moments here and there, but never really utilized to her full potential, partly due to so many characters in the MCU now. I would have loved to see her show up in the battle with all of the other female superheroes, that would have been great. I also love Clint and Thor arguing over her death. Thor is in denial and Clint is upset that it wasn't him. I will say this is the best Hawkeye we've had in these movies. My assumption even before Endgame was that the Black Widow movie was going to be a prequel, just because I want to know what happened in Budapest!!!
Completely agree! Her saying she was a monster had nothing to do with her not being able to have kids. It was about the fact that she let them turn her into a killing machine. The problem is the line follows her telling Banner that she can't have kids, but really it's two separate things. And as a side note...plenty of women have reproductive problems, some inflicted upon them, and saying that women like that are "less of a woman" is the real offensive language. From what I recall, Natasha didn't really say that, she was saying how she was treated and indoctrinated made her feel like a monster herself. Of course twitter warriors had to air their grievance careless of the offense and pain they were causing

Budapest was actually just Joss Whedon throwing in a Buffyverse gag. Angelus and Darla is what happened in Budapest, turn of the century. "You were such a bad boy during that earthquake." True story. That's what the Budapest line was referencing.
